Amazing customer service , came in thirty minutes before closing and immediately upon entering was greeted and helped out without hesitation .I asked for a shaker bottle and was given two free along with some samples and they noticed I was also buying protein powder so they gave me some small packs to try .I will one hundred percent be coming back and sending my fellow training partners to visit this location for all their supplement needs .Great experience !

The staff there is super knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to help me find the perfect products for my goals.I've been using their supplements for a while now, and I can definitely see and feel the difference in my workouts. I’ve been a loyal customer who only bought my supps here for almost a decade. I recently came in looking for a product that I’ve gotten many times over the years and was spoken to in a rude tone and was told “we don’t have it or ever sell it here”. I didn’t even bother to get the rest of what I usually get due to the tone of his voice and his demeanour. There’s been times where this location has been out of stock of things and I’ve had employees previously suggest other things or at least engage in a surface level conversation but he went straight back to sitting on his phone. A quick check online showed the company carries the product I was asking for. The quality of customer service has drastically decreased over the years but after my recent visit, I am taking my business elsewhere.
