Amazing customer service , came in thirty minutes before closing and immediately upon entering was greeted and helped out without hesitation .I asked for a shaker bottle and was given two free along with some samples and they noticed I was also buying protein powder so they gave me some small packs to try .I will one hundred percent be coming back and sending my fellow training partners to visit this location for all their supplement needs .Great experience !

I’ve been a loyal customer who only bought my supps here for almost a decade. I recently came in looking for a product that I’ve gotten many times over the years and was spoken to in a rude tone and was told “we don’t have it or ever sell it here”. I didn’t even bother to get the rest of what I usually get due to the tone of his voice and his demeanour. There’s been times where this location has been out of stock of things and I’ve had employees previously suggest other things or at least engage in a surface level conversation but he went straight back to sitting on his phone. A quick check online showed the company carries the product I was asking for. The quality of customer service has drastically decreased over the years but after my recent visit, I am taking my business elsewhere.

First time being in there since moving to Coquitlam great customer service, lots of good promotions and discounts and even got free samples!
Ok so I ordered a summer splash smoothie with vegan protien , first I saw the guy making it put chocolate almond milk in the blender ( not on the ingredients list) and I called him out on it so he made a new one I must have missed him putting yogurt in it ( also not on the ingredients) and didn't notice until I was half way through it and started to feel nauseous ! I have been vegan and not eaten any dairy in over 5 years . This made me incredibly sick and I don't even have an allergy , this guy should not be making food if he can't follow simple instructions to make a shake with 3 ingredients. Could end up putting someone in the hospital being that stupid and handling food . Please do better

Great selection of products but they could use more food and health training. When making food they wash their hands for 5 seconds but don't use gloves to prepare your food. They go from stocking shelves, sweeping and general shop duties straight to making your food, imagine if that happened in any other kitchen.
