Awesome gem on Austin. Interesting products that come from EU imports. Sandwiches are awesome too and they use the same ingredients they sell so you can try thing out. Working on Sunday a definite plus as well.

Holy moly ! What a sandwich ! We ordered “the boss” and a caprese sandwich and took them to go. As soon as rushed home to try these delicious looking sandwiches oh my .. I was in heaven !! My partner loved his sandwich and so did I :) I even wanted to go back for another ! This is definitely a place you’ll be returning to !

When a family member who lives in the Vancouver area had a baby, we in Ontario immediately started investigating options to send something delicious to the new parents, not being able to be there in person ourselves. I emailed Giancarlo's with some pretty general questions on charcuterie gift baskets, having never done this across the country before, but Anna took me under her wing and her and her team made it so easy! I gave her our budget and the kinds of things I hoped to be included in our special gift and did they ever come through! Anna even thought to tuck in a pink almond treat when she heard the new parents had welcomed a girl. The best part was she arranged it so I could pay for it over the phone so someone just needed to pop by to pick it up, cold, fresh and ready to go from Ontario to BC. Thank you Anna and team for making our newborn parent treat vision come true!

Amazing deli! Awrome customer service even though it was very busy. Lots of authentic Italian products. Went in for lunch and ordered the boss sandwich and soup of the day. (Italian wedding soup) My husband and I shared the sandwich. It was huge and so so so delicious. Definitely worth the 17$. So so good. Prices are a bit expensive but we think you get what you pay for. We will be back!!!
