Love this place. Could go to Gong Cha after school with my friends and if we want to, go to Coquitlam mall too. Overall very good bubble tea place, good drinks and even board games when you get your bubble tea, tho mostly we just have takeout. Love the brown sugar pearl fresh milk, will prob try different drinks next time and try the bubble waffles.

Staff is friendly.
I get the winter melon milk foam and I was always able to adjust sugar and even on Uber eats it allows you to adjust sugar but I was told by staff that I couldn’t adjust sugar. Super disappointed and it became way too sweet. I will definitely go to the other locations that allow sugar adjustments from now on. They should definitely keep consistent with what’s available for online order through Uber eats.

It has been years since I've been for Bubble Tea. We went to Gong Cha with a group of friends, it was just as good as I remember. I'd definitely be back to Gong Cha for their selection and friendly service.

Consider retraining your staff. I ordered your popular Brown Sugar Milk tea and it looked far from what the picture looks like. The syrup had slid down to the bottom of the cup immediately after I picked it up.
The taste was so so.

Bought tgtg on August 18th in the morning, was supposed to pick up from 9-9:30pm. So I went right after my work shift to arrive there on time, however the person at the counter told me that they cancelled it an hour ago. When I told them my confusion about when my order was cancelled, the person right on told me: “I don’t care, you’ll get your refund”. Which I felt very uncomfortable and rude. Then I asked for his name or manager, but he refused to give any information. Person at the counter was an Asian man with glasses working on Aug 18th between 9-9:30pm. All in all, terrible experience.

the smell of this place is amazing lol the boba was good but rather sweet so i always get half sugar. the bubble pancake was a bit dry, but it was still quite tasty staff are nice and service is quick if they don't get a Uber order of 10 drinks. i recommend brown sugar milk with coffee jelly.

The drinks are good, standard Gong Cha experience. Good if you wanna pop in and out for a bubble tea, especially in the summer. Just next to Copa Cafe & Coquitlam Centre which is very convenient!
