I ordered a wintermelon milk tea, I guess the girl working misheard me and made a regular wintermelon tea drink. I said “sorry did I not say milk?” She said “no you didn’t” in a condescending attitude, then we awkwardly stood there. When I asked for a new one I said I would pay only then were they happy to make me a new one. I’m not going to pay for something that wasn’t a mistake on my end so I left. The part that is upsetting is I even tipped on my drink.
Very disappointing. If you don’t like the place you work at don’t make it everyone’s problem and have a poor attitude.
Honestly really bad customer service at this location and probably won’t ever come back here.

I have ordered QQ Lychee Oolong. The clerk did not ask any questions except size, sugar and ice level. After few minutes, she asked me if I want to add anything extra, I just said no extra and thanks. And here is what I got-a cup of Pure Tea without QQ…I should just go to grocery and buy tea bags…

JENNY didn’t even respond when I placed my order. She repeated it in a rude tone and looked very annoyed while making my drink — slamming utensils and talking in their language the whole time.
I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 5 years, but after this, I’m never coming back to this branch. Staff like her need serious training in basic respect!!!!!
Location was easy to find, easy to park (plenty spots available), and lots of seating available inside.
They had a wall where there were games, but nothing that was usable. They were half broken or all the pieces weren’t there.
We ordered some boba - Thursday special and Royal MT with boba. Both were nice and gave the regular boba feeling. Would come again if I was passing by and had the craving, but nothing I would go out of the way for.

Nice clean and open location, accessible by wheelchairs with lots of seating. It features a comfortable assortment of tables and a spacious lounge if coming with friends, with a couch and T.V. along with free Wi-Fi and bathroom. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere with warm lighting and nice decor to make it feel very homely.
Drinks and food reasonably priced, spending ~$10-20 depending on how much you order, with a Loyalty Rewards program via phone app on Apple Store and Google Play.
When I visited, I got a large of their signature Milk Green Tea Warm with pearls. Super delicious and would recommend. The warm green tea mixing with the cool foam was a great taste. Lots of topping options and cold/warm drinks, packaged in recyclable cups and free provided utensils like straws. Will definitely visit again!
