First timers....wonder what took us long to visit this fine place...Everything was superb from the food to the service.!!!!!!they even allowed our little puppy which was a big bonus to the experience!

We were so excited! But nothing to write home about. Chicken burger and beef burgers were both dry and bland. Not enough sauce whatsoever. The truffle fries were excellent along with the dip it came with. The corn dip appy was just okay.. chips it came with were a bit chewy. $100 for the two of us, and it wasn’t even up to par with a Triple Os burger or Five Guys. Paid those prices for something so disappointing.. I’d rather get my indigestion from McDonald’s. Servers were nice. But the 56 photos of Gordon’s face on the walls started to look worse and worse as we ate. Kinda hilarious tbh.

I expected it to be more upscale for a Gordon Ramsay place, but it was casual which was good. Burger (24 hr) was one of the best I ever had. Truffle fries and dip excellent. Virgin mojito better than Cactus Club. Our server Serenity made great suggestions. Will come again!

Vegetarian options: The vegan burger melts in your mouth and is ultra filling. Highly recommend :)

Love this place. Been here a few times. Food is DELISH!!!! BUT Ramsey would NOT be happy with how slow the food was coming out this last time!!!!!!! We waited almost an hour between our appy and our main and dinner (for two) took about 2 hours in total .... and we don't eat slow lol.
The service is ok, our waiter was super awkward ..... I'm assuming he's new. But he did well. Drink service was beyond slow .... 20 minute wait for my drink (non alcoholic)
I'm sad that there isn't consistency in EVERY visit! My birthday dinner the week before was better in some ways ..... food was on time, food was great .... service sucked.
Going back again soon. Hopefully they amp it up and the dinner is as it should be!!
The food is delish and worth the issues though!!!!
I recommend the 24 hour burger and the blackberry sweet tea drink ... I forget what it's called but YUM!!!!!! And for appy I recommend the street corn dip with extra jalapeño relish and a side of jalapeño diced up and mixed in!!!

Been here a few times, menu has become stale, needs an update. Service was okay but the restaurant only had a couple people dining, not very lively or fun.

Two burgers, fries and pops… 72$ after a tip. Service was great but for a mediocre burger and a small amount of fries the price was outrageous. The restaurant was boring with a very lame atmosphere. I would not go back for a meh burger. Do not recommend.
