Good food, well made. Service is excellent - food came quickly, and they were quite attentive. The only negative thing would be that it's a bit on the expensive side.

Went there a few days ago for dinner. The food tasted good but the portion size is definitely not proportionate given the insane price they charge for the dinner menu. The sautéed broccoli and beef I ordered came with a few pieces of sliced beef and the rest was all broccoli. Service is mediocre compared to other restaurants during busy periods.

We decided to try somewhere new and picked this place. The food was good over all. We tried many items the only real standout item was the shrimp spring rolls. The flavor and texture was perfect and I would come back just for it. The rice wrap was my 2nd favorite item I had. The rest of the food was good but not wow good.
The staff were good over all we had a few items we ordered missed and some stuff added that we did not order. The extra items they noticed before we did and confirmed was a mistake and corrected it. This was impressive missing 2 items we ordered was not so much (we were not charged).
They were super busy so I can understand missing a few things. I would go back and try again.

Very authentic here. Chinese/English speaking staff are very attentive and polite. The dim-sum is the best I've found in Coquitlam/Port Moody area. The space is well suited for weddings or private gatherings as well. Highly recommended!!

This time we tried the shrimp paste on eggplant. That shirmp paste has got to be the worst I've eaten. It does not have the taste nor texture of shrimp. Not sure what they mixed with it
The eggplant was very fried to the point that the skin is tough. Sauce has no flavor.
The deep fried taro was ok. The inside meat was flavorless. Comes with 4 pieces so that makes up for the price.
The phoenix claw is mediocre as well. Not as many pieces as expected.

Always on the look out for 陳村粉 glass noodles, especially the pan fried ones. Lee's garden's version was amazing. The price point was good as it came as a giant dish. It had shrimp, bean sprout, chinese celery, bell pepper, yellow chives. Noodles had a perfect bounce.
The jellyfish was terrible. At a higher class restaurant you would expect thickt juicy ones but these looked like those instant packet ones. For $20 a plate, it was not good.
The pan fried bean curd wrap was ok. The worcestershire sauce was diluted.
I would only come back for the noodle dish.
Parking is plenty on the roof. Would warn you to come early or wait in a long line.

I go here for Dim Sum all the time and it's by far the best place I have found in the Lower Mainland.

A good place, has all the staples, but there's nothing that will impress. Prices are also reasonable.
Dim Sum is fine and acceptable. Dinner service is better.
Delicious food and awesome services! Martin the manager is very customer oriented and friendly. His great recommendation on ordering the dishes for our table of five people is very much appreciated. The king crab dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. Alex the waiter has a great sense of humour and treats us like royalties. Thank you so much. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.
The food was okay, but cleanliness could definately be improved. I noticed crumbs on the table as soon as I sat down and there were even bugs crawling on the wall.
Amazing food and a truly authentic dim sum experience. The dining area is clean, and the service is prompt and friendly. It can get busy, but just raise your hand and someone will assist you right away.
