I Am Pho Coquitlam

The waitress was super rude for no reason. Shamed me for my food choices and misgendered me and asked some intrusive questions after I corrected her. Please educate your staff on basic respectfulness surrounding gender identity along with dietary choices. Inexcusable. I should not be interrogated for choosing a dish. Just a weird and frustrating interaction overall. Also, you don't get that much noodles for a 'large' size portion.

The best noodles. Toothsome. Nice, clear broth. The fried rolls are a miss though.

Food was mediocre, nothing special... Servers were cold with no facial expression or any courtesy. When you say “thank you”, nothing back and just walk away… When you pay, the machine is 15% minimum tip. I think tip is originally for complimenting on good service? What kind of hysterical world do we live in? Never going back again…

A Pretty good bowl of pho. Clear broth and fresh bean sprout. The Amount was good as well as the prices. The servers were kind and the food came quickly and I could see why this place was packed on Saturday evening!!

Waited over 30 mins for our food before we left. Our drinks were empty and we couldn’t even get the staffs attention to ask how much longer it would be. We finally asked them to cancel our meals so we could go somewhere else and they didn’t seem to care. Too bad because the food is usually great

Long Story Short: Don't order pick up from here when they are busy.

Called at 5:43 pm for order; arrived at 6:19 pm telling me the person who picked up my call didn't place the order and said they will rush my order first for 10 minutes; checked with them at 6:39 pm, 5 minutes later tell me the order is gone and asks if I can wait another 10 minutes. Cancelled the order, but they can't refund back to my card and had to refund with cash.

Chicken rice was great. I have tried other pho places same plate and they do it better here. Though, the portion can be bigger. Wait time for take out around 10mins so should call ahead of time. Vegetables are actually decent and doesn’t look like an afterthought compared to other places

My friend and I stopped for dinner, I had veggie tofu pho, and it was really good. My friend had traditional beef pho and really liked it. The service was nice, and the restaurant itself and its washrooms were clean. We will be back to try more dishes.

Went in on my lunch break hoping to get a quick bite. Restuarant was not busy, 4 tables all pretty much served. Tall skinny waiter who looks like Sid from Ice Age took my order, forgot to even place it. I sat there and waited for about 15-20mims. I saw a table who just arrived before get there food and pretty much finish by the time I decided to walk out. If only the waiter was focused on his job as much as his looks

I am so disappointed and i regret coming to this restaurant! I ordered pho today and it took more than 30 mins and i also asked for basil and the basil never reach to my table! This is the worst pho restaurant ive ever been to! Plus the place is dirty and flies flying around in the air!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very bad experience! I forgot to mention there hardly meat on the pho. !!

My friend and I enjoyed a lunch here last month and it was our first time here. We ordered 2 fried rolls and 2 salad rolls as an appetizer. For the main meal we ordered the Banh Mi sandwich combo with bread and a pop for $11.25.

The rolls were very good and tasty. The Banh Mi sandwich was really delicious, packed with lots of veggies and grilled chicken. We really enjoyed these sandwiches a lot. Service was good, atmosphere was nice but most important of all the food was good. Will definitely come back here.
