I Am Pho Coquitlam

I don't know why it took us this long to go. We definitely have been missing out. Perfect place to get a great bowl of pho. I ordered the bun bo hue and tho I missed the tell-tale spicy red oil slick found normally on the surface, this soup was pleasantly spicy! The addition of the provided jalapeno slices and the lemongrass chilli paste put right over the top and pretty soon, my sinuses were cleared! Loved it.
Service was adequate and no complaints. I'm guessing the hurried service we got was due to how busy this place was! Regardless, they got the job done and were pleasant enough. This is not the usual mom-and-pop place with elder family members trimming bean sprouts at the back table. These guys are pros, they even have a bartender!
My soup came piping hot and I really appreciate the saucer under my bowl. It's a great for catching any sloshing during transport.
I was doubtful at first at the $15 kids meal, but upon receiving it, my kiddo and I figured it out....it's definitely a $15 kids meal. The soup was full of brisket and meatballs. Thankfully, my son is a big eater and he almost finished it all!
Overall, we will definitely be back!

Can't speak for the noodle soups because I had the grilled chicken on vermicelli and that was NOT good at all. Very low quality chicken, below average noodles and bland salad.

Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Pho is my go to. I love this place.

I ordered 2 sub sandwiches yesterday. One with chicken, one with pork.
The pork one came with piece of plate inside.
I almost broke my teeth.

Stumbled upon this place and loved it! Had my usual, an order of Shrimp Salad rolls and a bowl of Beef Pho! So good! Loved the food, the service and the atmosphere! This place deserves a visit, it’s on my top 5 list!

Lemongrass chicken pho is to die for! I don’t know anywhere else you can get grilled chicken pho. I add steamed veggies, and it makes for the perfect, healthy meal.

I had only ever ordered on DoorDash before, but tonight I went to pick up in person and the restaurant is actually really nice! Most Vietnamese restaurants are pretty hole-in-the-wall, but this place is, big, clean and modern- yet still very authentic. Staff is quite friendly and you can see a lot of Vietnamese people eat here so it’s not too westernized. Just moved up the street so I will be here regularly!

Went for a work lunch.. took forever for someone to come..then seemed barely spoke/English.. took forever to get food and didn't get our roll that we had to order 2z! The food was very good and flavorful..the cook/chef really k own food..flavors and the presentation was good. If we went back I would order take out. Seemed like they let the dishwasher be the server tjat day! There was only 2 otjer rubles seated and it took 1 hr total.. will go back to pho99 where service attitude and speed is important
