Today was supposed to be a fun day for my daughter at IKEA Coquitlam, one of her favorite places because she loves discovering the beautiful setups. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by one of the staff members, Alice, from the mattress section. She suddenly shouted loudly at my daughter: "Don't jump on the bed with slippers!"

IKEA restaurant service especially staff is rude. Quality of food has gone down significantly. Poor communication skills while ordering food at main restaurant
Oh yeah my experience is TERRIBLE! I took a photo of a twin bed that I wanted to buy that says $189 and turned out the bed frame under the article # is not the same and as we scan it shows $449! We stayed in the check out for almost 40 mins! My husband picked up the different article that should have been the $189 and turned out it is NOT AVAILABLE! Such a terrible experience!
