This is usually my go-to place, but today both of my bubble teas were made wrong. I didn’t get the milk cap, and the ice and toppings were mixed up twice. Only one person was working and it seemed like they weren’t properly trained. It was disappointing today.

I absolutely love this place! The bubble tea flavors are spot on. The pearls are always chewy and the right consistency. The staff is very friendly, and the place looks nice and clean. Parking is easy as well. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this bubble milk tea shop. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very nice. The pearls are the best I've ever had because they taste great. I don't mind the waiting time because it's worth it.

Ordered two taro slushes and waited 30 minutes because only one person was working. The taro paste was barely there, and I was told to pay extra just to get the normal amount. Drinks were tasteless, and the brown sugar pearls were dry because they had run out of brown sugar. Offered a remake, but I couldn’t wait another 30 minutes. Quality has clearly gone downhill…won’t be back.

The store was extremely busy, and there were not enough staff available, which resulted in a long wait time. I would recommend having more staff scheduled during holidays.

Inside Out Tea Loft is a great option for a milk tea drink. Their pearls are sweet, warm, and soft. I had the roasted milk tea with pearls and it was delicious. I've tried the fruity drinks in the past and the milky ones are way better. There is no dining or seating area inside - just order and go.

Probably some of the best bubble tea in town, but they are quite slow… Worth the wait but keep that in mind if you’re ever in a rush. I’ve been when it’s full of people and when there’s just one ahead of me and it’s over 10 min wait sometimes.
