As another reviewer mentioned, service isn't very quick. Each time I've visited, I had to wait 30+mins for one drink. Not sure if the issue is that they don't have enough staff or that they just don't move very quickly making drinks. The staff are polite but they don't smile which doesn't really make for a pleasant interaction or experience. Parking is extremely challenging. You have to park on the street (which is a main street and there's always a lot of traffic). The parking lot on site is reserved for the businesses in the small complex but none of the reserved spots are for customers.
The drinks are quite good. They are flavourful and not overly diluted with milk or water.
Just keep in mind, if you plan to come, don't come when you're in a rush.

Tastes like Taiwan. Milk tea without suger still tastes great. In my opinion, all drinks are better than Coco.

I ordered a milktea from this place with less sugar and it was one of the most bitter drinks without tasting anything like milktea. Thats not the worst from my experience here as the wait time for a drink took 20minutes with only 3-4 drinks waiting to be made, then the lady working at the shop refusing to help add some liquid sugar in my drink because my drink was already sealed? Ridiculous... After being as nice as I could till the lady started being rude I had to say this tasted awful and does not taste like milktea at all then the male worker at the shop saved the customer service at shop by actually grabbing some liquid sugar to make my drink taste slightly better than what it was. If not for him this would be a 1 star. A bubbletea shop that cannot even have a basic milktea tasting good shouldn't even be operating.

This is the best place to get bubble tea in all of Metro Vancouver. This is a small local place with very nice people with amazing bubble tea. I highly recommend their Mango Milk smoothie with sago as it is the best thing you will ever have!
I just ordered a pearl milk tea with coconut, but the clerk gave me a milk tea without pearls. She also said that the milk tea has been capped. They neither added pearls nor refunded the money for the pearls. I was very disappointed.

Great staff and decent bubble teas! I got the red bean milk tea and added normal boba to it, it was lovely! Maybe a little bit on the expensive side, but I was overall satisfied with the quality.
