when i went it was obviously quite busy but even so, the service was extremely slow, i waited over 15 minutes for my bubble tea when there was only one group in front of me which ruined my experience, the taste was good but keep in mind this place is extremely overpriced, bubble tea in general is a lot more expensive than it used to be but even then a small sized drink is nearly 8$, which would be fine but in comparison to the quality and the service you’re getting it’s not worth it.
