Really great quiet place to get some good food for lunch/ brunch. Service is fast . Booths are comfortable and most of all thier sandwiches and souo are very tasty! Free Cold Lemon water on tap was a great plus! Great little jount to escape the hustle and bustle of the nearby mall!

My weekly to-go place for breakfast & brunch since moving to yvr in 2018. Food & hygiene are unbeatable in the neighborhood. Its renovation is beat up yet it’s just clean. No greasy table or food debris on the booth like i found in some supposedly upscale canadian restaurants
