Food tasted great - from the tender and flavourful steak to the perfect little desserts. Presentation was lovely, servers were friendly and efficient, atmosphere was cozy. Madison, our server, especially was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure my family and I enjoyed our time here celebrating a personal milestone. Would definitely come back!

This review has taken a while. Britney has taken care of our table on two occasions now and we have forgotten to leave the review she deserves. It was excellent. She was pleasant and professional. Attentive but not hovering. Really liked that the chit chat was organic and natural not generic “So do you have any plans after this?” Food was fresh and high quality.
I gave a 4 star rating for the food only because we haven’t been able to dine in for a while but have been ordering Takeout a few times and the quality of the takeout is not as good as in the restaurant. I absolutely expect the food can’t and won’t be as good for takeout as it is in the restaurant but it could be better than it has been. Emailed Joeys about it. No reply. Still will order here because the food overall is just that good.

LOVE almost everything about JOEY’s in general… Two women I was with were super impressed with the food and atmosphere… Our server Shaelyn was warm, friendly and helpful ( excellent ), but several different people brought us our drinks / food at an awkward / slow pace ( 2 entrees arrived a few minutes before the other, for example )… My “Medium” steak was solid RED inside and made me wish I’d ordered it Medium Well, but because of the slow random service I was reluctant to say anything… Regardless, NOT our main server’s fault, and I think we treated her well when it was time to pay…

my husband and I made a reservation here for our anniversary. We were asked where we would prefer to sit and we said a booth in the dining room. The hostess said there were no booths available, so we just got a table. When we got to our table we noticed there were 3 booths open. 10 minutes after being seated a server walked up to us and said our server was on the way and that she would get our drinks so we weren't sitting there without anything. 15 minutes pass and then the hostess comes and takes our order and tells us our server is on the way, which ended up being the first server the whole time? We finally got our food which was good. We waited a while for our server to come check on us and when she finally did, she didn't even acknowledge that it was our anniversary. There was a few other tables so it wasn't that busy. Just seemed very unfriendly. I have emailed and tried to contact someone and never got a response. Will never have a special event here again and will be telling all my friends and family to avoid coming here.

My fiancé and I have recently engaged. The whole front of house staff signed a card for us, we were astonished. GM Brittney offered us a bottle of sparkling wine and two managers, Jai & Jessie, made sure everything was perfect and congratulated us. I WOULD LIKE TO SHUT OUT our server, MADYSEN! She made us feel welcomed and served us with genuine care throughout the night. Looking forward to come back here for more occasions and even just casual dine out for great service and food.

Came here for a quiet dinner on a Sunday for my wife’s birthday. Food was good but writing this review to highlight our server. Madysen was so personable and very kind. Madysen was super helpful and genuine and deserves a lot of praise. Even though she was super busy she was never frazzled and did an amazing job.

Had a great visit at Joeys! The service was amazing, food was excellent. You can tell the staff really care about their job and create a warm and inviting atmosphere as the manager Jai came to check on our table a few times to make sure we were satisfied. Great experience, will be returning again!

This is a prime example of businesses gone wrong !! We used to go here often and service used to be good. Food used to be good and although on the higher end of pricing it was always worth it.... Not today!! Many members of my family chose this place to have my mother-in-law's 98th birthdaylunch there. It was an absolute disaster and they ruined our experience, which is unfortunate when it is such an important person in our life that we're doing this for... The service was pathetic and dirty dishes sat on the table during the whole time that we were there and nobody came to clear the table and we had to ask for the table to be cleared and we had to take the dirty Plates off the table... glasses were being knocked over because there were so many of them on the table. And those never got cleared. One glass broke and they didn't even take the pieces of glass off the table. When we were ready to go, we had to ask for the bill which took approximately 15 minutes . And I had to get-up-and-go and ask for the manager who was nicely talking to the hostess joking around and having a good time instead of helping the server who was doing our table.and totally overwhelmed. Bottom line.. once beaten twice shy !! never again, !! if you have an important occasion that you want to make sure that it goes smoothly and turns out nice.... Don't choose this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. !! ?
