It was not a quality experience for the cost of the evening. We were seated by 7:15 for a 7:00 booking. There were long breaks between visits by serving staff of 15 to 20 minutes. When our server did not return I noticed her working behind the bar. after a request for service a different server took over our table. The table was cluttered with dishes and empty drink glasses throughout the evening. 3 and a half hours into the evening we had to request our bill twice from the same server. The serving staff in general appeared overworked

We had a very warm welcome from Victoria. Then Kira started us off well. Also very lovely. Marcus Martin (?) took on over our table as our server! We continued to received excellent service. He remembered our names!!! He was extremely personable and professional! And we all felt a bit special ❤️❤️

We had a reservation and arrived earlier and the hostess told us we will not be seated until 12:15 which was our reservation time, our table that we were sat at was ready for guests to be seated, The service was extremely slow. In the 2hours we were there we ended up with 2 servers. It was over half an hour before I requested for our dirty dishes to be removed from our table. I had mentioned in our reservation we were celebrating a bday and that was not acknowledged and I had to ask a server to assist with my special request. The food was up to standard but the service was very poor.

My girlfriends and I went there for dinner Food was good. The ambiance was nice and it wasn't too loud. Will definitely go back there.

Service was quite slow. Although the waitress was friendly, spending extended time chatting at tables noticeably affected the promptness of service. We asked for a second glass of wine for my father-in-law, which took at least 10 minutes to arrive. This is also the second time we've been told the kitchen was backed up, resulting in a long wait for dessert. I understand that it's the holiday season and restaurants are busy with Christmas parties, but this shouldn't negatively impact other customers' experience. We asked for water three times near the end of the meal—twice before paying and once while paying. After waiting again, we decided to leave, and the water was finally brought as we were heading out. In hindsight, the level of service did not reflect the gratuity left. Overall, this was not the usual good experience we've had here.

Had an excellent experience at JOEY Coquitlam! Our server Abby was so helpful and attentive the entire night. Huge shoutout to one of the leaders Kalen who made our dinner memorable and really blew us away with his incredible hospitality! I will definitely be coming back just for them!

Brett was super kind and generous. We had a work Christmas party and he was careful about each one’s circumstance. I had some allergies which wasn’t informed to Brett but he accommodated perfectly for me, even though it was totally last minutes. He was AMAZING!
