I have been a customer of Ruby’s for 14 years and ordered the same drink every time until recently. Ruby and her employee Aditi have always been pleasant and happy to see me and work very hard during busy mall hours and my drink has never been a long wait. The positive atmosphere of this location because of their hard work brings many customers back.

The honeydew latte was such a nice treat today and passed my sensitive tummy test especially thanks to the great service where she offered to put in oat milk. It came with high quality pearls too. They were hard to get thru the straw because they were stuck together but they were still fun to chew without a straw at the end 😊

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Jugo Juice Coquitlam Centre on August 31, 2024. What was supposed to be a quick and easy drink order turned into a disturbing and invasive experience.
When I tried to order, the cashier asked me to scan my barcode on my phone. I handed it over, expecting a normal transaction. However, she rudely grabbed my phone without asking for permission and began scrolling through it. I was shocked and felt my privacy had been compromised. I couldn't see what other details she was accessing, but the lack of respect and permission was appalling.
To make matters worse, she tossed my phone carelessly on the counter like it was a toy after she was done. It was clear that she didn't value my belongings or my personal space. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from the staff, especially when it comes to handling my personal property.
I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at Jugo Juice Coquitlam Centre and would not recommend this location to anyone. The cashier's behavior was unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers' privacy is respected in the future.

Dismal taste of kale served …warm? Approached lady at the counter, she offered to add ice. Asked her to make another one instead. Refused. Asked for refund. Refused. Jugo! Please do better!

Worst experience from this jugo juice centre. Indian girl working there is super rude. She wont even care to answer my question. If she hates this job then pls leave. These kinds of workers will ruin the reputation of the company! This is frustrating!

Had a buy one get one promo today that they will not honor. Staff taking our order was rude and the smoothie is watered down - no taste.

Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve tried 4 or 5 times at different times of day & on different days of the week over a 2 week period to order smoothies via Skip the Dishes. Each time the order just sits there without being accepted by the restaurant & is eventually timed out/cancelled with the message that Skip is unable to contact the restaurant. I’ve spoken with Skip about this, the problem is at the restaurant side. Either the staff don’t know how to process Skip transactions or they’re purposely refusing to. Management needs to fix the issue or take their restaurant off the Skip site. I’m very frustrated that this issue has been going on so long & no one seems to be dealing with it.UPDATE: The owner responded to my Google review 6 days ago but this problem is STILL NOT FIXED. I guess Jugo Juice won’t be getting my business anymore (& is probably losing business from other Skip users too). Whether the issue is your system or your staff, please DEAL WITH IT.
The ladies were very sweet and were super helpful when it came to troubleshooting my drink by offering me a different flavour! Super kind and friendly service:)

Visited the store yesterday and bought a rebel cookie which was honestly tasted horrible and was sick to my stomach. Not sure if it was expired as the expiration date was hand written.

I went there yesterday and ordered their "Mighty Kale" smoothie. While I was watching them making the smoothie I looked at their bucket of kale that is close to the counter, and they clearly didn't wash the kale before using it. I nicely asked them to re-make my drink because I didn't wanted that unclean/unwashed kale in my drink. They refused to do that and only took the kale out of the smoothie which didn't help at all. I would not repurchase anything from here again. I work in a food industry myself and customers have the right to ask for good service and washed ingredients which they didn't provide any of them for me. I visited Coquitlam Center location on January 25th at around 1:15 pm.
