I visited this Jugo Juice branch on September 10 at 4:10, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member taking orders was rude, impatient, and had a negative attitude, even giving us side glances throughout the interaction. It made the visit uncomfortable, and I don’t plan on returning to this location again.

I ordered Acai bowls on Friday night, 2 weeks ago. I saw the staff swiping the knife with a wet towel. She did not use the chopping board to slice a banana; she cut it in her hand, making a smashed, ugly shape. I had the same menu in another branch, but this one tasted funny. We had to throw them away.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your Coquitlam center branch .The girl who was working there spoke to me in a very rude and entitled manner when I simply asked about the birthday free drink. I was not aware that a purchase through the app was required, as I have always made my purchases the same way in the past. Instead of explaining it politely, I was treated poorly, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset.

I truly hope the company takes steps to improve the level of customer service at this branch. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I or people I know have experienced such treatment at this location. Because of this, my family, friends, and I no longer feel inclined to make purchases at this branch.

The first time I went to Jugo Juice was at the Coquitlam shopping mall. I ordered their Mocha Fusion Bubble Tea for something to hold me until dinner. The drink was pretty good with syrup they used and how it complimented the tapioca pearls. The service was solid good as well. I look forward to trying the one in Mission.

Jugo Juice is located in the food court of Coquitlam Centre near the hallway leading to Baskin Robbin’s. Service was quick and the drink made was refreshing although the regular size was a tad small for the price. The straw is paper so be sure to drink your beverage rather quickly otherwise your straw just melts into the drink.

I have been a customer of Ruby’s for 14 years and ordered the same drink every time until recently. Ruby and her employee Aditi have always been pleasant and happy to see me and work very hard during busy mall hours and my drink has never been a long wait. The positive atmosphere of this location because of their hard work brings many customers back.

The honeydew latte was such a nice treat today and passed my sensitive tummy test especially thanks to the great service where she offered to put in oat milk. It came with high quality pearls too. They were hard to get thru the straw because they were stuck together but they were still fun to chew without a straw at the end 😊

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Jugo Juice Coquitlam Centre on August 31, 2024. What was supposed to be a quick and easy drink order turned into a disturbing and invasive experience.

When I tried to order, the cashier asked me to scan my barcode on my phone. I handed it over, expecting a normal transaction. However, she rudely grabbed my phone without asking for permission and began scrolling through it. I was shocked and felt my privacy had been compromised. I couldn't see what other details she was accessing, but the lack of respect and permission was appalling.

To make matters worse, she tossed my phone carelessly on the counter like it was a toy after she was done. It was clear that she didn't value my belongings or my personal space. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from the staff, especially when it comes to handling my personal property.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at Jugo Juice Coquitlam Centre and would not recommend this location to anyone. The cashier's behavior was unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers' privacy is respected in the future.
