The food and service were certainly commendable, though the portion size did not quite meet our expectations. During our visit, the spicy pork unfortunately arrived somewhat burnt from the hot plate, but the servers were kind enough to offer a replacement.

Overall, the food is quite tasty, and the service is attentive.

This used to be one of our favourite place but it feels like there are lots of changes in the past year. The clams in the noodle soup is much lesser and we order the beef short ribs the first time today… expensive and not worth it at all. The short ribs were not marinated well with little flavor, quite oily and even my kid doesn’t like it… with the same price $29, Dooboo has double the portion and much better quality.

I am quite disappointed today and unsure if we will come back again…

Your next door Korean kitchen 😊

This place feels like home. Warm service, comforting food, and a menu that covers all the classics. Whether you are craving kimchi stew, bulgogi or just something simple and satisfying, Kang’s Kitchen delivers with heart.

Compared to most Korean restaurants, this place is relatively unique. The soup noodles and stir-fried clams are especially delicious — highly recommended!

After a funeral service, some of us old high school friends got together as a reunion of sorts for a lunch. Group of 5, even on the ordering monitor there was a prompt with the option to split the bill 5 ways. After the meal we walked up to the cashier who told us we can only split 2 ways so me and another guy were forced to pay for the entire meal. Pathetic. No word of warning beforehand. No apologies. Never giving them my patronage again. Full more of regret than food.

The food is ok. Just wanna talk about their policy that doesn’t make sense to me. Our meals come with 3 dishes of kimchi. We didn’t order a refill cause we couldn’t finish the kimchi. Upon check out we asked for a container. The waiter asked what is it for and I said for the kimchi. He said it’s the company policy or the boss’ words that doesn’t let customers to take away kimchi. I didn’t understand and explained that we didn’t order a refill (so we didn’t take advantage of the refill system to get more free kimchi). This is the kimchi that came with our meals so we technically paid for it. He insisted it’s the boss’ words. Ok we will not return cause this is making it sound like we are the cheapskate. The waiter didn’t do anything wrong if he simply followed what he was told. But what a shame that other Korean restaurants would not mind their customers packing up stuff they cannot finish and this one gives no reason to decline it. The food is gonna thrown away anyway if we can’t finish.

Very delicious. We ordered a couple of plates. The army stew was quite good and tasty. We also tried the deep fried squid and it was so crispy and filling. The deep fried chicken was also very good as well. Will come back again. Nice portions and good prices.

This was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff made us feel completely unwelcome, rushing us through our meal as if they couldn’t wait for us to leave. We barely had time to enjoy our food before they started clearing our table while we were still eating—who does that?

It got so bad that one of my friends ended up throwing up because they had to eat too fast. No one should feel pressured to rush their meal like that.

On top of everything, the food was overpriced and nothing special. If you’re looking for a place to actually enjoy your meal, stay far away from here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived at 9:00 PM, but our food didn’t come until 9:30 PM. Then, just 20 minutes later at 9:50 PM, the staff started rushing us to leave, even though we were still actively eating. By 9:55 PM, they had already cleared most of our table without asking. We weren’t just sitting around—we were literally still eating, yet they made us feel like we were being kicked out.

The food? Mediocre and ridiculously overpriced. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least decent service, but instead, we were treated like an inconvenience. Terrible customer service, average food, and completely unreasonable treatment.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being rushed out before you even finish your meal.

Came here with my friend but I got the bad experience. Beginning we only had bowls also cups for the tea not the utensil , so we asked the waitress can we have utensil ? And she said it’s inside the drawer !!!! Excuse me ….. did we work here ? How can we know where is it ?

Is this what you do to provide services?? ?

I ordered rib noodles and stir-fried squid. The noodles were too thin, and I couldn't tell what the soup tasted like. It was my first time trying it, but it was really tasteless. The meat, broth, and noodles all tasted like they were playing separately. And the stir-fried squid was delicious, but I ordered stir-fried squid, but there was almost no squid and only onions. The interior is clean and the servers are friendly, but the food doesn't seem to be that good.

Since I didn’t want to eat barbecue, I chose a different Korean dish.
Seafood pancake: leek and squid🦑, crispy and delicious.
The onion rings are also crispy.
Spicy fried seafood clams: The slightly spicy taste combined with the sweetness of soy sauce enhances the freshness and sweetness, which is great.
Beef Pot: First, lightly roast the meat slices, then mix them with the sauce. The freshness of the beef is preserved, and the rich sauce enhances the texture.
