Authentic Uighur Xinjiang cuisine. The gentleman wearing the “ doppa” hat is quiet but makes the best braised lamb in all of greater Vancouver. We ordered the lamb with nan and samsa, comes with broth and soup. He suggested the rice polo and it’s their best seller. Amazing food and service.
Ordered Lagman and Big plate chicken! Comes with two types of hand-pulled noodles, fresh! as we saw the owner/chef in the back kitchen pulling on a fresh dough! What a pleasant surprise! We loved the texture! Authentic and homey.
If you're looking for food of dine-in restaurant quality that is prepared with care, then this is the place to go. If you're looking for a fast and quick bite, then this isn't the place to go. Expect a 15-25 minute wait for your food as everything is made fresh.
