Sad… it used to be good, but now it doesn’t taste the same. All of my friends were disappointed. The fries aren’t crispy... they’re hard and taste like frozen food. Maybe they used old ones, I’m not sure. The meat and the batter are separating, if you know what I mean. Honestly, I don’t think this place will last unless they improve the food quality.

Ordered the gold and silver katsu. Portions are filling for one person. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not too busy and plenty of parking spots outside. Worth a visit if craving katsu (they do have other food items on the menu but can't speak for those)

Our friends recommended Katsuya to us, and it was a great choice! The café is clean, simple, and casual — a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Everything we ordered was tasty, looked great, and was nicely served. We also ordered some takeout, and it was well packed for the road. Overall, a lovely experience — we’ll definitely be back!

I had a ridiculous experience with the restaurant. They open at 11:30am and I called and ordered a take out. The reception said it might take 20 minutes but no guarantee. I understand there might be some delays at the opening time. So I came at 12:00 to give them a bit more time. When I arrived, the reception told me the order didn’t went through and the kitchen staff is not here yet (no one at the kitchen). So she said it might take another 15 mins if I still want the take out. Since the cook was not here yet, I don’t think 15 mins would be enough. She kept lying and wasted my time. When I said I don’t want to order and wait anymore, she said ‘No worry’. Should I be the one worrying? I drove 20 mins to the restaurant and got nothing. There is no customer services. Shut your restaurant until you can really make your food.

Delicious Korean-style Japanese Katsudon. Their consistency is reliable, for a perfectly deep-fried cutlet served on rice with an assortment of side dishes. Good portions and great taste. My go-to favorite is their Chicken Teri Mayo.

We order delivery all the time from there,the kids love it. I ordered a pick this time on Friday, when I arrived tried to ask for my order that I did through Uber, they wouldn't talk to me or even acknowledge me.The manager thought I was a delivery driver, he was super rude saying better to cancel and go as it will take 50 min. I was shocked from the way he spoke to me, told him at least appologise say you are busy which is understandable but he just said cancel the order. Of course I did, while cancelling it there he realized from the system that it is not a delivery and im not a driver, he tried to appologize just after he kicked me out of the store. What if I was a driver too, so he is allowed then to kick me out!! Worst customer service ever from the manager himself

I was coming to this restaurant because I heard that they had a promotion and it ended at 5pm, so I went at 3 and they said they were sold out,so I told them I would come back the next day I went at 2 and when I entered they said they were out of stock. If you are thinking of eating here keep you're expectations low.

I ordered variety of foods. My favorite menu is carbonara fish because it tasted like creamy pasta sauce which is my favorite sauce. Red carbonara udon was very spicy. I won’t order it again. The sweet chili pork loin sauce was a bit spicy to me. Not my style. I will come here again.
