Scammers!!! The same kfc hot wings is for $10 at the outlets across the street ( hardly 500m away) and this one at the Coquitlam mall is charging $14.99. When I asked why is that the server said “ it’s like this only here” I mean is that the answer u give the customer??

They charge you for a paper "to go" bag if you want to take your food. Staff literally wouldn't sell me "to go" food without charging me a fee because "The manager said so". Won't be coming back, no wonder KFC Canada is shutting down everywhere. The bun was stale on the edges, the chicken portion appeared to have been split in half, the fries tasted like they were cooked in ancient oil.

Rude employee , She talks loudly to me and stop ordering. If this place has an owner should follow up to see what happened there. They need to train to how to talking with customers. Unfortunately their manager is same as the other person and has same behavior. Their rate abviosly shows who are they.
