I recently visited KFC and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Arshdeep. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Arsh went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering quick service with a warm smile. She answered all my questions with patience and even suggested a few items that turned out to be delicious. It’s rare to see such dedication to customer service, and she definitely made my visit memorable. Thanks, arsh, for the fantastic service – keep up the great work.

KFC provided a satisfactory drive thru experience. The girl name Arsh took my oder and she welcome me with a smiley face.Service was prompt and efficient, with staff members attending to orders in a timely manner. In terms of cleanliness, the restaurant was well-maintained and presented a tidy appearance.

Absolutely shameless.Not too many customers in the store but stuffs all seems to be very busy for the online order and drive through. Very slow service and the fries,gravy taste so bad no ketchup and napkins, order number reciept not given.Crew standing at drive thru started ignoring people and refused to tell their name upon the request.Everytime i visit they are always out of products.Probably the worst I’ve been to. No body puts effort in anymore. My whole meal was an absolute mess and made wrong. Extremely disappointed but not surprised with today’s experience as management of this KFC is hilarious when i called the store to inform about the issue the shift manager named Akash answered today evening and asked you can go to KFC in coquitlam mall instead of visiting here back which is additionally a poor indicator of bad customer service. I rather suggest to close it if you want your customers to go to mall . I got hair in my food. Thus , getting this solution make me more angry and I would rather need a resolution for my problem .I would like to file a complaint to head office to make it better experience for future customers as it sound so disgusting if you go somewhere with a pleasant mood and get served like their bad way.Smile is most important that lets your guest bring them back. Absence of positive attitude in the store will ruin your sales then working hard on timers will of no use. Pulling a car for 15 min and throwing food like you are giving it for free was another poor symbol that staff needs to be retrained and improved.

It was soooo salty, we had to throw away part of our order. Forget how I had to wait way longer for the food, or how they missed my sauce for the order, or how the chicken looked like it was fried twice with no crispiness, it was the overwhelming salt they coat everything with, that killed the order.

An absolute nightmare.

I arrived expecting my order to be ready, only to end up waiting 15 minutes because they didn’t even start preparing it until I got there. They showed no concern about whether there was an error in their system or not. The only comment I got was, “I am working on your order!”—no explanation or apology.

To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The chicken was cold and soggy, and the tacos were a complete disaster.

Avoid this place if you can!

I ordered Taco Bell inside because from past experience, it’s too hard to communicate with people in the drive through that don’t understand or speak English well. It’s much easier to order face to face.

As I was waiting for my order, I was asked if I would like to fill out a survey in exchange for a free brownie. I pulled out my phone and asked how to get to the survey.
The person asked for my phone and said that he would help me. He then returned my phone and said thank you. When I looked to fill out the survey, I realized that there was no survey and that he had just given himself a 5 star rating with my phone.

It is my belief that this is a very dishonest way to improve their overall google rating.

In my opinion, opportunities for improvement would be,
1, customer service training for the staff,
2. Train and follow Food Safe practices,
3. clean up the place,
4. Make sure food is fresh and hot when serving.
If you respect your customers, ratings will improve automatically.

Very good staff, but the food quality was poor. I bought a BOGO deal and ordered 6 pieces of chicken but received 11 Thighs pieces instead of 12. Additionally, the quality of the chicken was disappointing. I will not be returning to any KFC restaurant.
