This places order management was a mess. Orders being fulfilled in no particular order. I ordered ahead 40 minutes and still waited 30 more minutes after my arrival time as they served orders that were being made as I watched. 2x items were forgotten on the order, and they have not replied or rectified it.

$15 for 3ps white meat and still get a wing.Pieces were extremely small which could speak of the fast process time of chickens,,maybe.The once tasty crunch is now more like a battered chicken.goodbye KFC

I went to this location after work and went through the drive-thru. The employee let me know that the chicken would take 20-25 minutes to make and asked for my phone number so they could call me once the food was ready. After about 35 minutes, I called the store in my car and asked about my food and the employee said it was ready and that the worker tried to locate me outside in the parking lot. They never told me where to park and so I was waiting in the lot (they don’t have parking spots for people waiting). I went inside and waited an additional 10 minutes and asked to speak to a manager. This was extremely annoying considering I went through the drive thru to avoid going inside and now I was inside the restaurant. When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee asked why and then told me my food was ready and that they tried to look for me. I pointed at the receipt and said “you took my phone number down, why didn’t you call?”. The manager came out and apologized and said the employee should have called. The employee was standing next to the manager and again said “I tried looking for you” I then asked her why she would take a phone number down but not call. There was no response to this. The manager provided an additional 4 pieces of chicken as a compensation for waiting 45 MINUTES! In reality, they should have compensated the entire meal. I asked for fresh food as now the food was sitting for a while and they took about 5 minutes to make this and then forgot the macaroni salad in which I had to remind them. This was a horrible experience and the service was poor. This could have been handled better. I will not revisit this location ever again.

If you are using coupons they short you. Ordered 12 pieces twice. First time the request for all dark went sideways and more than half is white meat and their ridiculously small wings. Second time only 10 pieces (01 Mar 2024 - 1800-2000). People behind making the orders got to be either drunk or high. Check your order when ordering takeout especially with coupons.Shame that the service has gone down so much. Start training or hiring people that can count. Used to be my go to spot but not any longer.

Place is a dump. Ripped chairs...garbage overflowing... Dirty tables everywhere!Only 1 option for chicken dip sauce... wth?!Zero personality of staff.How does KFC allow thier brand to be represented this way?! Don't have regional managers that hold stores to any sort of standards at all?!Would never come back

Worst kfc location ever. Uncooked, raw, flavorless non crispy chicken served here. Chicken used to be good at this location 4 years ago till they hired unprofessional students who don't care about quality of food or customer service. City food inspector needs to come to this coquitlam location and do proper inspection so the bad chicken here does not get people like me sick.
