Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba - Lougheed Town Centre

I had dinner here a couple of nights ago and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive and friendly. I love that they added more chicken options to the menu, great for those of us who don’t eat pork. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Food is good. Service is ok. Not much interaction with server. She put down the menu and brought us water and left. We ordered through the computer so she didn't bother to come back. Just took the menu and left. Didn't come back to check on us during the meal.
The computer turned off after we ordered. So even if we wanted to order something more, we would not be able to unless ask the server.
The bench we sitted in are very wore out. Color is peeling off. It made me think those were food cramps and I had to brush them off the bench.
Not sure if there will be second visit.

Fast and great service. I enjoyed the Classic mazesoba i like how you can get free upsize and comes with rice at the end. Will come back to try another dish!

Had the mazesoba for lunch here at about $19 (including tip). Great additional services such as free size upgrades, free small serving of rice, and free daily treats between morning and noon.
It was a Tuesday so my friend and I got a free 3pc dumpling each!
Very easy going atmosphere and close to the sky train. Only room for improvement would be better parking, but for students transit and a little walk is plenty.

Great noodle with free upside. Soup base for choices of Pork or chicken. However lack of staff to serve expect delay and wait for bill payment.

I dined in today around 4 pm, we were greeted by the a very nice young girl, I asked for her name but we forget! She checked in at just the right times, gave great recommendations, and had a cheerful attitude that really stood out. She truly made the evening more enjoyable, and I’d happily come back again because of the wonderful service! :)

they changed their menu, portions got smaller, quality became worse. shell of its former self

Ordered take away, however this place is quite deceiving from the outside m. Definitely going back to dine in. Soup was amazing. The best thing I’ve seen, was the take away bowls, genius.

For a franchise, they provide affordable, presentable and surprisingly tasty ramen

Overall good experience. Tad bit pricy and portions could be a bit bigger (in my opinion) but good overall~

When I visited this restaurant, one of the staff members was extremely rude and disrespectful. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

The Chicen Karaage Donburi I ordered was unfortunately a bit burnt and extremely salty. Aside from that, everything else was good.
