A bright, spacious restaurant with friendly staff and amazing food recommendations. This place is full of cheerful vibes 😃perfect if you’re looking for some positive energy. (Just note that it can get a little lively if you prefer a quieter atmosphere.)

Service was quick. The sandwich was well-prepared and presented. I liked the texture of the elements combined in every bite. The bread was buttery and toasted just right. I liked the crunchiness of the bacon in contrast with the moist Turkey and the tanginess of the pickled beet slices and the mixture of the mayo-mustard sauce. The iced matcha was also yum. Cakes were consistent with their other location. Though this location doesn’t have as many cake options compared to their Burnaby branch. It was a bit loud inside since the interior was mostly cement/concrete finish but it was still giving the forest interior vibes. Parking was a challenge, we had to wait for 20-30mins for a slot to be available, and we eventually ended up parking along the street.

직원분들 서비스 좋았습니다. 빙수도 괜찮고, 조각케잌도 가격 생각하지 않으면 괜찮았어요. 그러나 주차장의 나무관리!!! A BIG PROBLEM is there is a tree with branches falling into one of your front parking spot which is very end one-- The bigger problem is when ANY car is parking there, they will scratch the upper area of the truck area or front as the branches are low enough. Anyone can see that but it can't be seen when you are in a car after the dark. So I back parked there today with my car and those branches left small scratches on the upper truck area of my brand new black car!!! What is that!! The owner- Go there and check by yourself. How come do you leave those branches down like that in one of actual parking spots without any note? Mine will cost 100-200 bucks at least with professional waxing. Now, I might be asking you to pay to redo the damage because it is your private/commercial parking stall and you left those branches to damage any car parked there visiting your cafe-That is your responsibly as that stall is never No parking at all. Those 6 stalls are your designated parking stalls for your customers. what do you think? What is that? Don't you ever think you must leave a sign in that stall at least if you don't want to trim those tree branches?

I usually visit this place after work for my tea and dessert,
but this time the cashier’s attitude was surprisingly cold and unfriendly.
She spoke in a very stiff tone, almost like she was irritated,
and didn’t smile even once — though she was smiling and chatting with her coworkers.
I had to ask her to repeat because of her strong Indian accent,
and I can’t help but wonder if that annoyed her.
Still, customer service should be consistent and respectful regardless.
It honestly made me not want to come back again.

Only gets a 3 star for service because you essentially serve yourself.

We visited this café, but it wasn’t worth the hype or the high prices. The drinks and desserts lacked quality and flavor. I don’t recommend it.

The coffee taste good however some of the pastries are over priced.
Absolutely unacceptable. I originally called the bakery to reserve a cake, but they told me I had to place the order through Uber Eats instead. I did exactly that, only to show up and find out the cake wasn’t even there.
To make things worse, I was told to cancel the order myself if I wanted a refund — and even after doing that, I was still charged for the full order. This fiasco left me scrambling last minute to find another cake and completely ruined my wife’s birthday celebration.
Uber Eats not only wasted my time and money, but also ruined a special day for my family.
0/10 would not recommend get a cake from here.

Location wasn't nearly as packed as the others but still quite busy.
Food is great as usual. We got the fried chicken and waffles and a mango croissant. The waffle was soft, the chicken tender and flavourful, the croissant flaky, and the mango sweet and juicy
Service was excellent. Workers were friendly and constantly moving and checking to make sure everything was running smoothly

Great design on the interior and the food looks really amazing! The food was great and the dessert was so good as well. The price was reasonable for the portion. However, there are like 6 parking stalls, so you would have to park on the street or something.

We came to have a drink and work there with my team. Unfortunately, they have no outlets to charge laptops. We won’t be returning.Barely any parking and the service is very slow. Pastries seem premade and not baked fresh in the cafe. Overpriced.
