Very disappointed......both the food, and the fact that when I shared my feedback on their official response form, it was ignored. We've ordered here a number of time before, but this last one was atrocious. Screwed up my kids pizza entirely so one of them wouldn't even eat it, and all the pizza's were a soggy limp mess that we literally had to scrape off the cardboard to eat. Most of the food went into the garbage! The kid who's food was most screwed up, was the biggest supporter of the place too, it was his request for pizza's from here.......guess we don't have to worry about him asking for this again. Absolutely terrible! Both the pizza we were served, and the lack of response from the management.

The lady working there was so rude for absolutely no reason. Also, the pizza wasn't fresh and was just okay. 100% Ordering Pizza Hut next time

Overall probably the best fresh pizza I've tried so far in the entire lower main land, specifically at the Coquitlam location. I really only ever order pizza from here. The service could be a bit more friendlier, I think its a husband and wife who are the owners. The husband is usually making the Pizza and he's always nice when i come in. The lady could work on it though just to give it more of an overall pleasant feeling for customers coming in. Just a tip. Overall i highly recommend especially if your looking for a quick delicious bite.

We ask them to add little bit onions topping on garlic bread and they charged 6$ for that. Not a worthy place to go. Very bad customer service

The best pizza ever!!!!!

Went to get two slices and a pop after being out from Coquitlam for a long time. Saw two goldfish in a very tiny vase with absolutely nothing - the vase was the size of a handheld mug, barely any room for them to even turn around. I went in to ask about the Goldfish and how it's practically abuse, worker or potentially manager just presumes to laugh it off as and say kids love it.

If you love seeing goldfish under extreme stress and abusing animals this is the right place for you to eat.

Please persuade them to at least get a larger tank, proper soil/rocks and make the fish comfortable in a higher elevation where humans won't tap or cause them stress. Until then they're marketing unnecessary and inhumane cruelty towards animals.

I ordered a slice of fungi as I eat a bite I notice no truffle oil on it and that’s the game changer for that pizza any how I asked the lady worked there and she said they put truffle oil on the slices really and it’s $5 per slice common.

Delicious pizza and nice staff, especially Kiomars.

I had two slices of vegetarian pizza last week and they were delicious so I ordered one large Hawaiian pizza tonight for my family and we were somewhat disappointed, crust was a little goey not crunchy, not much molten cheese but ham was plenty

Best pizza in tri cities. Exquisitely thin crust and delicious toppings!

Honestly the best pizza I have in years locally. Potato pizza and mushroom pizza are my two most favorite 😍
