I ordered an 18 inch pizza through doordash and there was no option to add sauces or any extra’s. I love they’re garlic dipping sauce so I called and asked if they could add one onto my order - I work in the restaurant industry and every place I’ve worked that has DoorDash you are able to add a charge through the restaurant’s end. Anyways, before I could even finish explaining the woman on the line interrupted me and said she can’t give things out for free, which I was not suggesting. I then tried to further explain that there was no option to add sauces on doordash and she said “no I am positive there is an option” and I tried again explaining that I am currently looking at the doordash menu and I was sure there wasn’t and she just kept stating that she was SURE and that she won’t give out anything for free, which again I never asked for. She then interrupted me again and said she needs to help a customer and she would call me back later then hung up. She never called me back. It’s just garlic sauce it’s not the end of the world - just shocked by the unprofessionalism and really didn’t appreciate someone insinuating that I am trying to get something for free…

The crust is thin and chewy.
If you order meat on your pizza, it is not loaded but the pieces are huuuuge! This is a very particular style of pizza here. It's 1 thing to say the word Neopolatin, it's another to eat it.
And it's very, very good pizza here.

Online order for Coquitlam went to the West 4th location. I called right away and was left on hold despite saying I needed to cancel an order. They left me on hold for 8+ minutes and then dropped the call. I called repeatedly and when I finally reached someone they refused to refund me. $110 credit at a location an hour away does me no good. They have lost my business.
They order confirmation says ‘“Need to make changes? Please call the store directly.” But toes no good when they don’t answer or listen to their customers.
The Coquitlam location said they aren’t affiliated with the other location despite sharing a website. Well their “Order Now” link shouldn’t default to other locations. Poor customer service all around.

My family and I have been going every Friday night for the last 7 weeks, and we have had nothing but great experiences. The pizza is always excellent and I love the beer! I felt so welcomed and appreciated by the lovely girl with dreadlock braids! She is very kind and the kids love her! Thank You!

My family ordered a pizza and pasta from this restaurant. We developed stomach problems after that . I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reviews their kitchen practices/ food hygiene — no one should have to go through that.

I want to share my disappointing experience tonight. We visit this location often and tonight’s service by a young lady with long braids was unfortunately a zero star rating. Unhappy, unfriendly, and threw our pizzas on a plate after the crusts were burnt from re heating. Very unappreciative of her customers that are there to basically pay for her wage. If you are unhappy with the job you signed up for, maybe it’s time to find a place you’d be happier to work at.

Good authentic pizza.
We went as a family with a small kid, and we all enjoyed it :)
I highly recommend it, as it is very affordable, fresh and delicious.
Good environment, a few tables to sit for dine in inside and outside.
Clean kitchen and sitting area.
There is no smell or stink at all.

I recently visited this pizza shop and was disappointed with my experience. The pizzas seemed to lack variety and quantity of ingredients, with too much emphasis on tomato paste and tomatoes. The bread was the highlight, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to save the overall flavor and quality. Hopefully, they'll consider adding more options and balance to their menu.
