Tried to call at 9:45 to pick up a pizza, they didn't pick up, tried again and again, nothing. Why do they close so early?? I went somewhere else. Gave 1 star for no food, no service, no atmosphere.

Walk in order. Terrible service, very impatient, looking at you while you pay. Soggy dough, undercooked cheese, salty. Overall tasted like a microwaved pizza but it's not. Not the little Caesars I remembered from elsewhere.

I used to order pizza from this place at least once every two weeks. The taste wasn't bad, but I recently found strange objects in my last two orders and had to complain about it. The owner called me, asked how they could make it right, and offered a free pizza. I agreed to this and sent them photos of the objects as they requested, but then I heard nothing back, which was quite surprising.
A few weeks later, I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. I explained the situation to the staff, but they said there was nothing they could do and that I should talk to the owner. Since I had already placed the order, I took it home and texted the owner. However, I received no response.
This experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. I don't think I will be ordering from here again. The customer service is terrible!!
Food was okay. Service is terrible. Went in to pick up my online order. Store was empty when I got in, someone else came in after me and lined up behind me. An Asian male employee from the back making pizzas came out to the front and looked at the person behind me and acknowledged their order and provided an estimated time update. He then went back to making pizzas, ignoring that I was there. I was still standing there waiting to be helped.Then another employee realized I was not helped, she hesitantly came to the front and asked what can she help me with. She handed me my order.In terms of customer service, this was for sure one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered.Food wise, it was okay. EXTREMELY greasy, there was a pool of oil under the pizza. If it wasn't for the deal, wouldn't have come to try this location.

Little Ceasear on Austin is by far the best pizza around. It is how pizza should be. Lots of cheese, not like so many other pizza places, where everything on the pizza is scarce and dry hardly any cheese. Like cardboard.

Hot n ready? More like Not ready…. Waited 20 mins for 2 pizzas, no fewer than 5 people came and left in the Time it took them to get 2 pepperoni pizzas ready. Pizza was alright in the end.

This is the worst quality little Caesars. I’ve ordered from. Pizza is overcooked dry and has no Parmesan it has happened more than once. I recommend ordering from a different location. This is the first time I have ever not finished a pizza.
