Ordered pretzel Pizza, there was no mozzarella cheese instead cheddar and instead of Parmesan covered with tons of salt. Owner should know difference between Parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar. When called pretended they don't understand nor speak English

Today I went for two medium pepperoni pizzas and the man who is serving is a very dirty man, his hands are very dirty and his nails have something black disgusting between his nails, even so he made me the pizzas without gloves and taking the ingredients without washing . your hands, the pizzas taste horrible and of poor quality, I will not buy from that disgusting branch again

Part of my order was accidentally given to the wrong customer. The manager was extremely apologetic about the delay to make me a new pizza and offered me a free item as compensation for the extra wait which was really only 5 minutes. Very nice gesture :)Pizza was extra cheesey and satisfied my guilty pleasure!

“Hot & Ready” but the “in 20 minutes” was silent.Hot & Ready is arguably the only selling point for this excuse of a pizza. If you’re gonna wait 20 minutes, go somewhere where they don’t throw ketchup on cardboard and call it a pizza.
