A little disappointed today. Went for breakfast and had the Chinese breakfast combo; beef congee and steamed rice rolls.
The hoisin and sesame sauce for the roll was watered down. The beef congee was watery and bland. Not their usual standard

The woman cleaning dropped tons of plates but there was too much and she did it on accident so I think you should give her a raise she deserves it

It is a cute cafe and I enjoyed my dairy free latte. I thought that the pricing was reasonable compared to other places.

I came here after hearing good things about their baked pork chop rice with pan-fried pork chop, and it totally lived up to expectations!

The pork chop was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the cheese-tomato sauce combo was rich and comforting. We also tried the classic beef chow fun (dry stir-fried rice noodles with beef) — smoky and well-balanced with tender beef.

Solid HK-style comfort food in Richmond. Will definitely return!

The food here is very tasty, especially the fried chicken leg, fries, and the Hong Kong-style baked pork chop rice. I like that you can place order on your phone, though it might be difficult for some people. The space is very large and can accommodate big groups.

Delicious breakfast. Worth the wait. It’s different from other Hong Kong style cafes since you order online instead. The food is great. Would come back again.

HK and Western food cross over. Portion is quite big. If you order on their app, you can get 10% discount. Price is reasonable. Food quality is traditional HK style, which is excellent. Staffs are very friendly.

M Cafe is truly good ! One of the best things about this place is the incredible variety of foods they offer from many different cultures. Whether you're in the mood for something Asian, and many other cuisines, or even vegetarian or vegan options, there's something here for everyone. It's like taking a delicious trip around the world without ever leaving your seat.
Every dish is made with care, and the flavors are spot on. You can tell they put a lot of thought into offering authentic and diverse options. It's the perfect spot for people who love trying new things or for groups with different tastes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
If you love food and enjoy exploring different cuisines, M Cafe is a must-visit. You’ll be spoiled for choice and you'll definitely be back for more!

We had lunch for two on May 26, 2025. A daily lunch special (fried pork chop with fried rice, no issues) was ordered as well as the Chow Kwai Tui. The Kwai Tui we ordered had expired pork and chicken. The meats were sour to indicate that it was past the best before dates. This dish traditionally has a strong curry taste so to distinguish the sour taste upon tasting the meats was quite an unpleasant surprise. We brought the issue up with the staff. Nothing special was offered to say sorry regarding the situation. They took back the dish and we placed a replacement order which turned into a mediocre wonton soup.

Kimchi fried rice with egg and minced pork is pretty good. Portion size is good too. But the mango green tea is literally green tea with mango juice mixed in.
