I placed a custom cake order, and although they didn’t have one of the ingredients I requested, they called me immediately to let me know and suggested a suitable substitute. They also informed me that the delivery service I had requested wasn’t available, but I was okay with that. To my pleasant surprise, they delivered the cake with ample notice, arriving exactly when they said they would.

After 3 years customer at this branch, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. When I asked for a sample, the staff (the lady) was visibly reluctant and made me feel as though I was being a burden. Sampling is a basic expectation at any ice cream shop, and this kind of attitude is unacceptable. Despite this, I still spent $28, but the unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviour left a bad taste in my mouths, literally and figuratively.
I won’t be returning, and I suggest management address their staff’s attitude toward customers.

We were really disappointed with the customer service at Marble Slab Coquitlam . When we asked for a sample to try while ordering, the staff seemed hesitant and made us feel uncomfortable, as if it was an inconvenience. Sampling is a standard practice at ice cream places, and it’s frustrating to feel like you’re being a bother for wanting to taste before you buy. To make matters worse, we still ended up spending $28, but the poor service really soured the experience. A little friendliness and understanding would go a long way.

We ordered the Birthday Bonanza and Butter Candy ice creams. While the ice creams themselves were good and tasty, the flavor that was added was not enjoyable at all. I had requested walnut flavor, but it tasted very old and unpleasant. Unfortunately, this ruined the entire ice cream because it mixed with everything.

ice cream is good but the girl working with braids and tints of purple didnt even bother measuring the ice cream. I've been going to this location for over ten years and never has a negative experience before. Smallest serving in I've EVER gotten! The ice cream was also all melted when I got it. She also seemed to be in a little passive aggressive with no smile just dry responses and an eye roll when my friend asked to taste a flavour. It was close to closing time so I understand she couldn've been pretty beat but definitely could do better.

Good quality tasty ice-cream and great customer service. Good selection of different flavors. The best part is the variety of mixings that you can add to your ice-cream.

We had the best customer service from FAITH. Besides her patience while we pondered our creations, she had the most pleasurable attitude while doing her job! She definitely elevated our experience.

Portions getting smaller, prices going higher and the best part, "We got a new system and don't know how to use the apps loyalty program" so no discount or points earned. Not going to come back for awhile. Very disappointed.

Tried their chocolate Swiss with Skor ice cream cake for a birthday and it was very good with quality ingredients. There was plenty of crunchy Skor topping and the ice cream was very chocolatey and good.
