i like this place for ramen, it specializes in chicken broth. the broth and noodles are cooked to perfection. it’s also cheap.

I'm a regular. There's not many Ramen places in Vancouver area that is okay price and has broth made from scratch with no msg that leaves you dehydrated hours later. I come here every time I need to see my dentist on a monthly basis. You can drink the whole broth, and feel fine because it's made from scratch with khombu/natural msg/umami. Jinga sells Ramen for ridiculous $30/bowl, without extra Ramen. Here you get a bowl $21 +$4 for noodle refill, that's enough to leave your stomach full. Their pumpkin appetizer is also good, if you like spring a little sweet and crispy, give it a try.

They replaced the pork to tonkosu broth with chicken, that was the only downer, so they discontinued their tonkosu Ramen which was my favorite to order, but the new version isn't bad either. The noodles were nice and chewy

Best bowl of ramen in Coquitlam. The broth is delicious, the pork is perfect. The marinated egg is the best egg I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The restaurant is larger than most ramen places, relatively clean, and family friendly. Great for a quick weeknight dinner. No complaints about the gomae but the ramen broth was so salty. Not sure if they were having an off night. The broth is also chicken based instead of pork. I prefer the latter as this one didn’t seem rich enough. It is decent for Coquitlam but not one of my favourites out there.

Highly recommend to dine in with friends and family and also very well suited for babies or small children. Service is very attentive and respectful. Food is amazing and traditionally made.

Fast pleasant service from knowledgeable staff. I love the boiled add on but she warned me they were cooked in a pork broth. That's probably a big factor in the great taste. Very enjoyable at a reasonable price. Parking is tricky but my granddaughter had no problem navigating the menu.

Ordered Shoyu-tsukemen and gyoza. Not really a tsukemen noodle rather ramen noodle. Soup is good and ok topping. I think ramen will be a better choice. Surprisingly has tsukemen kaedama. Gyoza is ok quality. New environment and quick service

This restaurant used to be my favorite restaurant, and I usually go there every week for UBB. However they canceled UBB😭 the new one just tasted way worse….

So nice to go back and everything is just as perfect and succulent.
Top notch said our Ramen lover who's had it in Japan. Chicken broth very tasty and lighter than pork. Cha Su succulent, seaweed in broth WOW! Gyozas some of the best. Our 1yr old was stuffing it by fistfuls ! Oh and the EGG again WOW. Thanks so much.

This place is overpriced. The spicy ramen costs $20 and the portion is very small definitely not enough to feel full. The taste is okay but not worth the money at all. Not recommended.

They removed UBB ramen.
I only go there for the UBB ramen.
Please put it back on the menu 😢

David

Removed Ubb ramen. They replaced it with some mediocre ramen. Won’t be going back any time soon.
