9/10 times never have items ready in drive through past three times ive had to pull over in the parking lot to wait for coffee. what mcdonalds doesnt have coffee ready? at least food is warm. bad drive through service..
dont come here they have a drive through line where they just make you wait anyway

Id like to share my feedback on one of your staff who did a super outstanding job tonight, her name is Dima, as we were doing a quick drive thru we had a complaint over the coffee being cold, after a couple of minutes without us even asking, she volunteered to walk out to replace our coffee, while we were in the car, that literally had us in awe, good job Dima?

They don't give out extra pickles. I told the manager, they did that all over the world. Why don't they do it there? He didn't have an answer for me. They just said they don't do it.
The old look and seating arrangement from before the construction was better. The tables are too small, too much open space. There used to be extra walls around the store that provided more privacy for customers, and there used to be a playground for kids

Not sure what happened there but I just ordered a sausage m griddle, the guy who take my order asked me if I wanted napkin with that and how many, that's the first time ever I've been asked this question, they should always put napkins right? I said will I have to pay for napkins? I was a bit frustrated but you know not too many things nowadays surprisingly happened, and on top of that my sandwich had only a sausage paddy, no eggs no cheese, so what the heck is going on here??

I ordered 10 pieces of McChicken from DrivingThru and asked for a barbecue sauce, but there was no sauce. But this is not the first time.
