Honestly, I've never been more disappointed in a McDonald's than I am in this one. Every time you go they will make you wait for your food and when you get your food it will be cold. Not something I can understand but I can usually deal with but my quarter pounder today was abysmal it was completely dry. It was just a DOT of ketchup in the center I felt betrayed by this burger and this establishment. I only get McDonald's once every month or so and I feel like I will probably not go back for a long time.

Honestly one of the cleanest and nicest looking McDonalds I've been to. A bit of a weird ordering area, but was fairly pleased. A burger was missed in my order, but it was quickly resolved.

Pulled out pieces of plastic from my mouth from a frappe. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I contacted McDonald’s about this issue and of course no response. I also agree with the many reviews on behaviour of staff at this location. This clearly comes from management/owners of this location. Not surprised.
It’s a fast food chain restaurant, and this location is particularly busy. Even though their customer service isn’t good, I guess I shouldn’t expect much.

Very nice and spacious after the renovation, but they took away the play place and the free refills :( Food is generally tasty and fast, but I got a stomach bug from the Filet-o-Fish last week :(

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s on Barnet Highway in Coquitlam. Today, I ordered a double double coffee through the drive-thru, but I had to return three times because they kept giving me regular coffee instead. This wasted a lot of my time and caused me to be late for work. The management at this location is very poor and unprofessional. I recommend going elsewhere for your coffee.

Got two simple burgers from the drive thru as entire order then asked to park in waiting spot ...15 minutes go by to be brought out one burger properly made and the other burger deconstructed with no bun in a pancake container then was told that this is what I ordered 😂

I try to not leave negative reviews but if his was a bit ridiculous.
From what i gathered they had someone testing a fire alarm system, which is fine. However the first 3-4 times it went off there was no indication from management despite what i assume to be a manger walking around that this was a test.. it was really alarming hearing an extremely loud alarm and not knowing if me and my partner were supposed to run out of there.
It wasn’t until I overheard someone else ask a staff member that we could be sure it was a test since we were going to just drop everything and leave.
I know it isn’t completely their fault, but maybe next time just give some sort of heads up to customers there will be a super loud sound? Luckily I’m not that bothered by stuff like that but some people most likely are.. we ended up having to leave and eat in the car since it was so loud.
