A nice space in a good location with plenty of parking, suitable for families and especially for children because it has a play area. But unfortunately, the hygiene is not maintained and it’s always dirty, especially the second floor. The food service items like napkins and sauces are always out, and the garbage bins are overflowing.

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s on Barnet Highway, Coquitlam.
I went through the drive-thru, placed my order (just a Big Mac), and was asked to move forward and wait. After several minutes with no one coming out—and no other customers waiting—I got out of my car to check. When I finally received my order, it was incomplete; the drink was missing.
Since no one was paying attention to me, I knocked on the same door where they hand out the orders. They didn’t open it, so I pushed it slightly, thinking it was part of the customer pickup area. There were no signs indicating it was a private door.
The same employee who handed me the food came out and spoke to me in a very aggressive tone, telling me I “cannot open that door.” As a customer waiting for missing items, how am I supposed to know it’s a private door when it looks exactly like part of the drive-thru service?
His attitude was completely unnecessary and disrespectful, especially considering my order was incomplete and I had already waited long enough.
I hope the management at this McDonald’s can train their staff to speak to customers respectfully and handle situations professionally. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and it leaves a very bad impression of this location.

The monopoly games started again, I was prompted by the App to scan the tags/game pieces, but prizes of food cannot be redeemed in the App. Kind of stupidity as anyone could read what the prizes are. McDonald's at Lansdowne/Barnet Hwy. is still my favorite stop, staff are nice, convenient location. Like best it has the Expresso coffee machine, not every location has it! Parking is so so, a little hard to get a spot on the weekends

No wraps after 11pm, come on Peter?? I wanted to support this mcdonalds since I used to work here and its locally/family owned. But no wraps before midnight is just missing out on business. Mcds up the road in Port Moody by the police had them and went there instead.

This location has one of the dirtiest washrooms. Every time I use the washroom in this location, it’s filthy and smells vary bad. It’s always unkept and not very hygienic. The floors are wet with urine and the sinks are never washed. If the washrooms in this place are this dirty, how about their kitchen and the staff handling the food? This is concerning and management needs an overhaul. Gross!
For two times in a row they made me pay twice through the drive thru claiming that the first one didn't go through.

Tried to add a sauce to my chicken mcmuffin, was told they don't have buffalo sauce until lunchtime. Are you kidding me? Does the truck come everyday at 10:30 to deliver your ketchup too? I'm sure this is because the button is not active on the cash register until lunch menu, but c'mon, you can't just use your words and ask the person making it to add some sauce? To be fair, I was offered habenero sauce instead. Not the same!
