This most recent visit sparked a memory of McD's of the 90's. My how things have changed. Back then, they had 6 tills open with lineups filling the entire till area. Nowadays, not so much. 1 till open, 4 self entry screens. I like that we can enter our own orders, less entry errors. Self-serve drinks. But even though the customer is doing half the work, the wait time seems longer than back in the day. I'm sure robots will replace all staff one day ?
average mcd’s. i live in the area and some nights i get a random craving and even tho it says they’re open until 1am. they’re infact NOT. they close the lobby 45-30 minutes early. all doors are locked and i’ve seen others also walk up and realize they’ve locked their doors. it’s obvious other local people in the area try to come around 12:15-12:30. it’s not like they’re not getting any service. they just refuse to stay open until 1am as they have advertised online...
I ordered something very simple all I wanted was a burger made fresh with extra pickles extra onions what did I get a burger that was cold no extra onions no extra pickles it was so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt I also ordered a iced tea with no ice what are they giving me an iced tea filled to the rhythm with ice why can't they ever listen
