Best drive thru EVER. EVERY👏SINGLE👏TIME👏 This staff has their game tight!! I have literally never had to wait more than 3 minutes in this drive thru. The ONLY McDonald's drive thru that actually functions how it was designed. Fresh food every time too. To management & staff you have no idea how much this is appreciated & underrated as a serious flex! I'm a travel nurse & always at McDonald's across BC and can say your drive thru wind the gold medal 👑👑👑

Every time I come here to pick up a package, I wait at least 20 minutes. No one looks at the window at night. No one answers the package code I write to the number many times. No one looks at the window even if I knock on it many times. They don't give the package from drive thru either. The night crew is a complete disgrace. ❌❌❌

This location after Reno is terrible. The layout is wasted with less seating and just random open space. The food is terrible and not consistently cooked and no one is at the front counter most of the time. There have been flies flying around for weeks. Whoever the mcd rep is for this location should do a review as the operator probably does not care.

All the tables are dirty and covered in leftovers and there was no where to sit. I ordered ice tea and they gave me some water that tastes weird and nothing like iced tea. So I went to them to complain and they replaced it with the exact same thing. I had to go again and order coca-cola. They filled up the Coca-Cola bottle so angrily and they overfilled it that the employee brought the cup dripping in Coca cola and handed it to me wet and spilling. The food took like 15 minutes to make and they messed up the drink 2 times. Very frustrating!

I had a a great hot fish sandwich in Prince George couple weeks ago after about 5 years. Had two at this location they were cold and tasted like leather (cold). Not only that when I drive away they hadn’t given me my coke. Quess I won’t be going back again for five more years.
