The chicken patties were NOT COOKED AT ALL. They were literally raw. I brought them back to the store. I asked a nice employee if I could show these to her manager, the manager M****** walked over with a huge frown on her face because she had to pause chatting with others. I provided her the receipt, explained her how raw the patties were and she goes like, “BUT YOU BOUGHT IT AN HOUR AGO”. I was horribly speechless. Do your ingredients “UNCOOK” themselves over some time? like?? and she looked at me suspiciously and said “i’ll only give you a refund for the burgers…?”. …ok?? I wonder why she was mad about it. After giving me the refund she slammed a cash register. There was no “Hello”, “I’m sorry” or “goodbye”. Whoever is in charge of these managers needs to evaluate their customer service skills.

I live close by and we order kids meal almost every week. They missed either drink or fries 1 or 2 / 10, this time I ordered the chicken wrap and I can’t believe it is spicy. My kid cried after eating the spicy sauce. I mean they should try harder or at least make sure this will not happen again…

On Friday evening at 7pm I visited the McDonald’s drive through on North Rd. I ordered 2 McDoubles and a jr chicken meal with no substitutions. Easy enough yes? I paid at the first window and proceeded to the second window at which point I was asked to wait in stall #2 for my order. I politely replied with “no that’s ok I’ll just wait here for my order”. The employee replied by saying “but there’s a line up behind you” after which she stormed off to get assistance from a person I assumed to be the manager. The manager then said to me “you’re just being difficult”. I politely replied by saying “it wasn’t a difficult order and that the quickest way to get rid of me is to simply give me my order”! He as well rudely stormed away and no more than 15 seconds later I had my order. If you like rude staff and slow service then this is the McDonald’s for you!

I ordered through the drive-thru at McDonald's, getting two French fries, a chicken nugget meal, and a Coke. However, when I got home, I realized they had forgotten to include the second order of fries and the sauce for the nuggets. This is unacceptable. I went to this branch at 3:45 AM, just wanting a meal before heading to bed. Not only did they forget the second fries, but they also left out the sauce for the nuggets. It’s frustrating to deal with mistakes like this, especially at that hour.

Food are cold most of the time. Floor are rather sticky. Staff looka like they were hired to chit chat rather than to hand waiting customer their food. Ordered a breakfasr sandwich and had to wait 10 + minutes before any one came and ask what am i waiting for, because everyone was serving drive through. Maybe just make this location a drive through only?
