Everyone else around that ordered and was served first, even if they had similar orders or ordered after me.
Asked the cashier what took so long and she said “sorry, we’re busy” … like I know that, but that’s not an excuse to not do an iced coffee … or bypass someone’s order ?

This used to be a decent run of the mill average location but yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had in a lifetime, not going there alone I’ll say that now. Couldn’t even get the order I was wanting to get let alone a to go bag I paid for. I’m seriously getting sick of having to pay for something I don’t get because they aren’t attentive! I should have known better to trust this location after a while. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Wayy better than the location at Austin! They make fresh food here. You can taste the difference and wear their hair back in a ponytail. Friendly as well. And I can understand everyone while ordering! Worth the extra drive. I will never go back Austin! Gor food poisoning twice from there...
