We came for kid ramen which comes with choice of chicken or pork borth. We picked pork and it has corns, green onions and fish cakes. The size was as big as the adult portion. I wouldn't order the gyoza again thou as it's a bit too hard. Otherwise it's pretty good.

This place was my favorite ramen spot in 2025. I just had lunch there for the first time in 2026. The texture of the noodle was bad enough I thought it was under cooked. So they made it again and it was still as bad. I found gelatine skin in my soup that gave me one of the worst aftertaste that went up my head. Stay away. This place is no longer good.

I’ve been to Menbow before, in the past it had been a reliable food court standby. But it’s been awhile since my last visit and things seem to have changed a bit.
Today I ordered the Shoyu Ramen (chicken broth, no corn) with an extra marinated egg (love these) and a side of Karaage. I know that Shoyu is supposed to be a salty broth, but the salt was almost all I could taste (it also upset my stomach). The karaage was good though.
Overall it was a mixed bag. Some good, some not so good. Maybe it was an off day, I’ll probably give them another chance (and order ramen with a different broth next time).
I scored lower for atmosphere as Menbow is in a food court, but I consider 3 stars pretty good given that location.

Added the extra chicken and pork rice on top of the ramen. This extra order of 4 piece Chicken karrage were the size of my thumbnail, with two of them that had no chicken inside - just overly fried batter
I really loved my veggie shoyu ramen! It was ready promptly and it all tasted really fresh & delicious! Everything tasted really fresh. Grateful to find a vegan ramen at the food court!

This restaurant honestly needs to disappear from the face of the earth. The food quality is no better than instant meals you’d find at an Asian grocery store — nothing is actually cooked; they just heat everything up. After the first bite, I immediately regretted spending my money.
And the woman of Chinese background who works there on Wednesday afternoons is extremely unfriendly and even outright rude — the second major reason this place deserves to shut down. My child accidentally dropped their chopsticks, and when we asked for a new pair, she shot us a glare and tossed a fresh pair onto our tray. I wasn’t expecting kindness, but I certainly wasn’t asking for rudeness either.
No customer should ever be treated with that kind of expression or attitude. As a basic standard of humanity, staff should at least show minimal respect.
It’s a shame Google Reviews doesn’t allow a minus 100 million.

I gave atmosphere a 5 jus because it’s in a mall and labelled express so it’s expected. But the Ramen was below average, I had the miso ramen. Noodles were mass manufacture probably from Cisco. Looks like they put cream/milk product in the miso ramen broth. The sides were the worst, they showed a picture of pan fried gyozas but were full deep fried, the tempura was similar to those large packs you buy from Walmart/superstore. I was not impressed with the meal.

The noodles were gummy and floury, the broth was weak, without body or flavour and seemingly infused with cream to extend it. They are so cheap with the toppings as well it is probably the only reason they are still in business. For the money you can pay here, there are countless other ramen shops in the vicinity that do a far better job for far less money. These people do not deserve the business.

It's pretty bad 😞
Chose them for decent food because in Victoria I did. Got a boiled pack of instant noodles instead. Would give -100 if I could
Disappointing food even for food court standards. Ordered tonkotsu ramen and what i got was 3 slices of bacon, a milky soup that barely had any taste or umami and tough noodles. Nowhere near what a Tonkotsu should be. I regret buying food here.

Ramen with no eggs. 2 pieces of meat. No veggies?? Broth was ok dull. Fried gyoza was ok. For the price ramen is really not worth, with a side it comes to 20.95. For this price you can have way better authentic ramen. The quality has declined tremendiously over the months. Never again.
