Today we revisited my favorite spot with the family. Unfortunately, the food quality has declined significantly. The 2 shoyu ramen priced at $17 each and the karage Don at $18 were disappointing in terms of portion size and taste. Was hoping for the great experience we remember, but left unsatisfied. ⭐" ps. The salad was so dry, gross! The person with a good review before me, must be a friend or work at this place or he or she doesn't know what real good food supposed to taste like.

Really tasty. Nice to be able to grab something higher quality in a food court setting. A lot of the reviews that are critical sounds like they have not had ramen before. Noodles are not suppose to be soft and the eggs are shoyu based. I will be back!

The salad greens were far from fresh – they were downright rotten. A disappointing experience that needs serious improvement.

My son enjoyed very much! I like it too. It’s butter than some Downtown famous ramen ?. I like the Shio, and the chicken base soup tasted not too great. The actual use fire to burn the Chasu meat makes it so delicious. I always go to enjoy it.

Absolutely loved it at the first mouthful. Broth is superb. Noodles chewy.. Pork tender and well charred. In PoCo it's hard to find a good Ramen shop and this one definitely did the trick. Loved it.

Ordered miso and shio ramen. Good presentation but the pork in both of our tasted SOUR. I asked one of the guy if the meat is supposed to be sour, he said no, then he walked away and ignored me. Then, I walked over with my receipt and he took me to the cashier and asked me to tap my card on the machine to issue me a refund. No sorry, no eye contact, no nothing - as if he was already aware that the meat has gone bad. Will not return.

Purchased Miso Ramen and gyoza. Looked good but taste was way off. Too plain from what I am used to. Self service kiosk didn't allow extras to be added. Definitely disappointing experience.

The noodles in the Ramen has a strange chemical smell. I'm disappointed with the food. The service needs improvement. Price is reasonable.

I'm an Asian-American from the States, and I've visited this ramen place three times. On two occasions, there was a Japanese guy with a long hair ponytail who was rude. Today, January 11th, around 3 pm, the experience was the same. The only staff member who was nice was a young Caucasian lady. I'm not sure what the issue is with him. He seemed offended the whole time and didn't even know how to say thank you while expecting tips. He was the rudest Japanese employee I've encountered, both in the US and Canada.

The first time I ate here a few months ago, my soup was so tasty. The second time I wanted to eat here (two days ago around 12 pm), I saw one of the female staff sitting on the ground behind the counter on her phone. So unprofessional. They also had the ingredient "mushroom" blocked out with painters tape from the list of menu items in the front of the counter. I did not choose to eat here a second time because of these things, and I don't think I will come back for the same reasons.

I was not impressed with what I ate vs the price. Maybe it takes a certain kind of palate. The ingredients looked fresh and the serving is generous, but I didn't like the combination flavours, I think the sauces kinda ruined it. I ended up paying well over $20.00 for a food court meal. Absurd. Won't go again.

I didn’t think much of this spot but wanted to give it a shot. Colour me surprised when the ramen turned out pretty tasty!I ordered number 5 (spicy shoyu ramen) with chicken broth - which is much lighter and less fatty compared to the pork broth. The soup was clear and decent, although I think the spiciness was somewhat overpowering. Other than that, the chashu was nicely seared with a torch, noodles were perfectly cooked, and the marinated egg was packed with umami.Despite other negative reviews, I think it’s at least worth a shot. Especially given its fair price point compared to other ramen restaurants.

This place is good, I don’t get the reviews at all, how the heck does it smell like sewer or urine? I think this is a solid ramen because the noodles are chewy and thick, chashu are well cooked and good sizing, comes with bamboo shoots, narutomaki and green onions. The portions are enough to make you pretty full and it’s great considering it is served in a food court. This definitely isn’t “the worst ramen” place ever and is way better than jinya or maruhachi.

The food just tasted awful to be perfectly honest. I hope they figure something out cause it didn't smell great either. It was hot (temp) and I didn't get sick which is about the only thing positive I can say about this Ramen.
