Slow poor service and they never get your order right. Was there for over hour and half. They got my order wrong two times. They can't even acknowledge that they have a very poor service. Don't waste your time going there. Don't be fooled by the new look. You will have your time wasted and walk out agitated and disappointed and end up eating somewhere else.
service was great but the food portion and what we paid was not worth it. first and last time going there. food was very very bland, had no seasoning or taste. Earls and Cactus club it is sorry Am.
We made a reservation days in advance- and was with special needs people and got sat at the kitchen- another table was empty beside us and the host attempted to seat 5 others who ALL refused to sit there- not because of us but because it was next to the kitchen and was very loud- I felt these were the poorest seats in the restaurant and was sad to know they sat us back there knowing we had a reservation and it was did special needs:( We have experienced this lots- and was disappointing- the waiter however was 10/10! Food not as good as we hoped- not feeling like we want to rush back again sadly:(
We love the new update to Milestones. Super friendly and efficient staff, good vale and excellent food.
Pasta was overcooked and mushy, pizza was burnt on the edges, salad was overdressed and the seafood bake was mostly breadcrumbs and had little taste. It was very loud and hard to talk but the service was good and friendly.
We tried 3 items only found at the test kitchen. We started with the meatballs, I had the carbonara and my husband had the brick chicken. All were outstanding, the warm potato salad that came with the chicken was so good. My pasta came with grill garlic bread, it was very good. And the Moroccan meatballs were very good, and the sauce that they were in was very yummy. It also came with garlic bread. And after dinner we went up to Fraser bar and had a great cocktail each.
My daughter and I went for her Birthday luncheon. We had waited a long time for the reopening and thankfully got to enjoy the new experience on her special day. The redo is fabulous and the Speak Easy bar is different and exciting. Can't wait to experience an afternoon drink in the bars splendour. Service was fantastic, food was good but it's extremely loud and hard to carry on a conversation. It would be nice if the music was toned down for lunch and then blast in evening. A perfect visit and enjoyed the new ambience!
Have ordered from their Wed night date-night menu twice now. Excellent all around. Brick Chicken was exceptional. Thai curry rice bowl with prawns was very flavorful with a generous serving of prawns. The whipped feta appy is excellent. We had a more generous serving the second time we were there - loved that! And the white chocolate cheesecake is second to none.
We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks, meals & desserts. The service was stellar, meals arrived hot and in a timely manner. Great decor and a leasurely ambiance. Will return again with more friends.
Food was good for the most part but two meals came out first and the other two meals in our party didn't come out until about 10 or 12 minutes minutes later . Caesars were good, mimosas a little skimpy. Service was fine.

Last night my partner and I decided to have a date night, having frequently visited milestones plenty of times prior to the closing and renovating, we've always had a lovely experience and an enjoyable time with great service and food. Last night was the complete opposite. Firstly, when booking a reservation the only option was the “Fraser Covered Patio” so we figured okay, this must be pretty standard. Upon arrival, we were told to head up stairs to check in with the hostess there. In order to get to the “Fraser Covered Patio” we had to go all the way through their new speak easy, and entered in a small area that was covered sure but also fairly cold and with little to not positive atmosphere. We waited awhile for our server to come by, and although the appies came out quickly - we had waited 25 minutes for our Bellinis to come, and on top of that we waited a long time for our mains, within 5 minutes of them being at the table they were already cold and unenjoyable and the “covered patio was quite freezing” There were two other tables outside when we first arrived, and as soon as they paid their bills and left - a group of four employees started frantically putting together a large table for a party of 30 coming in (using ALL of the tables in that area except ours) We felt very uncomfortable and quite rushed to finish up and check out, although the food took a while and our server was almost non-existent. I honestly have to say I was quite disappointed overall in our entire experience last night, and would be quite hesitant to return back.
Tasty food and wonderful service by Zan (and the rest of the staff) at this beautifully refurbished Milestones restaurant.
First time dining since the restaurant re-opened. Went for Happy Hour - it was busy but we had a reservation. Robert was our server and he was awesome - friendly, entertaining, attentive, and personable. Food was great as always (the tacos were delicious), though the prices have certainly increased since a few years ago. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays too and Robert was great at bringing us complimentary desserts to enjoy. A wonderful evening out all around.
The food was great and they've done an amazing job on the renovations. The upstairs bar is fantastic. Hopefully the extremely slow service was just an anomaly, or something they're working through with new staff. We will definitely give it another chance.
