I am writing to express my disappointment regarding to a recent experience I had at Minoo bakery.I purchased a roll cake from Minoo. Unfortunately, the cake did not meet my expectation so I decided to return it.Additionally I was surprised by unprofessional attitude of the shop owner.Infact,he returned my money after arguing but he said I have no right to come here anymore !!!!!obviously,I would never go to a place that doesn’t know how to treat customers.

The quality has dropped significantly since the new ownership. The roll cakes got big and bulky in size and weird shape. The cake falling apart unless frozen. I ordered one for a friend visiting and disappointed. Tonight was invited to a friend house and they ordered the same roll cake and same issue. The host kept like 3/4 of it to return it tomorrow!!. The cream is no longer tastes like a cream!! What are you guys doing there?!!

I recently visited Minoo Cafe Bakery and was blown away by the quality of their coffee and pastries. Hands down, they have the best coffee in the area—rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. Their pastries are equally impressive, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Minoo Cafe Bakery to anyone looking for exceptional coffee and pastries.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a cake with custom writing for a gathering with delivery, but instead of the writing being on the cake, it was placed as shown in the picture. I wish they had communicated or let me know if it wasn’t possible. This lack of contact was incredibly frustrating and embarrassing, especially since it was meant to be a gift.

I live in Oregon and drive up to Vancouver to visit once every year or two. We tend to come to Minoo because they consistently have the best authentic iranian pastries.
When walking in, we’re greeted with free pastries to try and enjoy. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable on their products. Portion sizes are big, with several choices of box sizes (1-4). We got the level 1 box with about 6 dry pastries and 2 (bigger) wet pastries. This cost us about $17 with tip.
Overall, it’s become a tradition for our family to grab pastries from Minoo to enjoy during our stay in Vancouver and some more for our way back home. Highly recommend

I recently visited Minoo Bakery and tried their Barbari bread—it was absolutely outstanding! The authentic flavor took me right back to the tastes of home. The quality of the bread is exceptional, and the warm, friendly service made the experience even better. This place has definitely won me over, and I’ll be back for more. Highly recommended!

I’m thoroughly impressed with the improvements under the new management and highly recommend a visit! The new management has significantly enhanced both the quality of the products and the level of customer service. They offer a welcoming environment and delicious, high-quality Iranian-style sweets and pastries. Their Barbari bread is Greater Vancouver’s best, and that’s just the beginning. You might gain weight after visiting Minoo 😉
Absolutely gorgeous and unique place with atmosphere of bakery that is truly passionate about their products

"As someone who worked at Minoo Pastry a few years ago, I must say I am genuinely impressed by the recent changes. The new management has significantly enhanced both the quality of the products and the level of customer service. If your perception of Minoo is based on how it was a few years ago, I encourage you to completely reconsider. You’ll now experience a completely transformed, welcoming environment, offering delicious, high-quality pastries similar to authentic Iranian sweets. Their customer service is also warm and highly professional. I’m thoroughly impressed with the improvements under the new management and highly recommend a visit!"🍰☕️

Stopped in for a quick matcha, but there’s more to be said. The drink was delicious, but the friendliness and service is something to be said! Staff are friendly and willing to answer questions about their baked goods. I was even offered a sample of their danish, which was light and flakey. If you’re a fan of “not too sweet” desserts, this is for you! Will be back soon.

I bought a birth day cake last Saturday, it was awful, nobody can eat it. The lady told me this is bibi cake and very pupular. It was old and hard. I am very disappointed.

The cakes and sweets are good. Only I had a weired experience with the service. The gentleman charged me double after playing with the machine, I paid with a big question mark in my head, and after I left the store, I checked the bill, and I noticed he charged me for 2 box instead of 1. It got interesting when I went back, and before I say anything, he told me, "Did I charge you double?" Lol. He knew what he had done, but he didn't say anything until I went back to the store, maybe with the hope that I was not going to notice. Just check the bill every time you shop here. Their sweets are good, btw.

Be sure to try the Berberi bread here, the Iranian Berberi bread is delicious, it bakes bread very well, it is different from other bakeries, the texture and taste are excellent.

Guys, they also make barbari bread here, it's really delicious, just like Iranian barbari, it's not possible to eat barbari anywhere else in Canada with the taste and texture similar to good Iranian bakeries, try it, you'll know what I'm saying.
