I waited 15 minutes to order ice cream, only to be told afterward that there was no one available to serve it. This is not the first time I’ve experienced long waits at this location. If a product isn’t available, there should be a clear sign to inform customers immediately instead of wasting their time. Poor communication and inefficient service. Never go back there again.

I picked up fresh Barbari bread, and also enjoyed a Turkish coffee right there. It was beautifully made and served with such care. Love this place!
