Over priced compared to other similar type of brunch places. For example, seafood Benedict here is $25.50 whereas most places are between $20-$23. To make matters worse, food is very mediocre here, arguably the most bland seafood benny that I’ve ever had.

Maybe their other dishes are better but this is definitely not a go to place for eggs Benedict lovers.

The food was not bad, flavor wise. The main issue unfortunately was the lack of responsibility and costumer service when I chocked on 2 pieces of sharp bone in the chicken croquette. The team didn't know how to handle it when I brought it to their attention. They ignored it at first and didn't even take the plate back to the kitchen, nor took accountability for the mistake (this is why I chose to post about it publicly).
Only after my friend took my plate to the main counter that they offered a refund. It was our first time and we do not recommend the place.

Great family business. The food was great, and so was the service. I enjoyed my Christmas dinner with my coworkers there.

I highly recommend this place! The breakfast bowl that i got was very delicious and atmosphere was great. The staff was kind and friendly. I appreciated the counter service because it was fast and efficient -plus I didn’t have to wait for the bill.

I ordered the breakfast bowl and acai drink, and everything was absolutely delicious. The potatoes are SO good! 😱 The server was also very friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for my meal. The restaurant was also nicely decorated and very clean. Definitely recommend and will be going back! :)

Good food. It's more like a Cafe, than a restaurant. No server, and they have a tip option on the payment machine 😒. There are better options in Coquitlam.

Super weird experience. 11:30AM, cafe empty besides one table of three. I wanted to have brunch with my mom and toddler. They told me that they were pretty busy with takeout orders and they didn’t have any servers on. The wait would be long because of other priorities. I asked if it was always like this, and they shrugged. They half heartedly said they could make it work, but then encouraged me to eat elsewhere. Kinda rude, won’t go back.

Didn’t care for the coffee. Don’t understand why a breakfast place doesn’t have a classic breakfast plate and had to pay for everything separate example. Bacon egg potato toast. Had to pay for it all separately. Serve yourself counter. Pay first. Tip before you even get your meal. Weird. Nope not again. Service was good based on what they’re expected. Just didn’t care for the restaurant.

I went to this restaurant and their service works in a way where you place your own order. The portion sizes are on the smaller side, but since we aren’t big eaters, they actually turned out just right and filling enough. We ordered two different eggs Benedict breakfasts — one with pork belly and the other with seafood — and both tasted really good. Their potatoes were especially outstanding, and the salad dressing was also very tasty. One more thing worth mentioning is their Thai milk tea: super delicious, not too sweet, not overly strong, and it paired perfectly with the breakfast.

Morning Tide Eatery is where your brunch gets an upgrade. The vibe is classy, the presentation is on point, and the food tastes as good as it looks. The seafood and pork belly bennies were both fantastic, plus, the portions are solid, so you won't leave hungry.

Just be prepared to pay a bit extra for the experience. The service, however, is friendly and makes every penny feel well spent. It’s the kind of place you go to feel a little fancy while eating brunch.
