I really enjoyed the baked goods from Mundy Park Bakery. The Creamhorns were light, flaky, and perfectly filled, and the Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies tasted fresh and homemade. Great quality and flavor — definitely coming back for more! 😊

Honestly, Mandy Park Bakery is such a gem. I originally just went in for a loaf of their Sourdough, which is fantastic, but I ended up leaving with way more than I planned. The Creamhorns and Eclairs are exactly what you want from a bakery—fresh, light, and not overly sweet. My personal favorites are the Birdsnest Cookies and the Mocha Torte; they’re both 10/10. Even the simpler things, like the Banana Loaf and Tollhouse cookies, taste like they were actually made from scratch with good ingredients.
It’s hard to find a place that does both artisan bread (the Dark Rye is a must-try) and high-end desserts this well. Definitely my new go-to spot whenever I need a treat or a solid loaf of bread.

I recently visited this bakery and had an amazing experience. Their creamhorns were absolutely delicious—perfectly flaky pastry filled with a light, creamy filling that wasn’t overly sweet. They were fresh, crisp, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.
I also tried their apple pie, and it was just as impressive. The crust was buttery and perfectly baked, while the filling had tender apples with just the right balance of sweetness and cinnamon flavor. It tasted homemade and comforting.
The bakery itself had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for incredible pastries and classic desserts, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more creamhorns and apple pie!

Mundy Park Bakery has quickly become one of my favourite local spots. Their Asiago Green Onion Biscuit
are unbelievably flaky — the kind that practically melt the moment you take a bite. I also tried their blueberry scone, and it was packed with real berries and just the right amount of sweetness.
What really makes this place stand out is the staff.
Oh my. Worst eclair ever. I noticed it was thinner than usual but bought it anyway. Big mistake. Soggy, almost no cream inside, can’t even taste the chocolate on top it was just a slight smear and overall very disappointing. What has changed? I have been buying sweet treats here for years. This was not at all what I have come to expect from this mom and pop bakery.

Very good variety of tasty baked goods here. Located in a strip mall just off Como Lake road and next to the No Frills store. The fresh yummies include pretzels, fruit pies, huge croissants, varied breads, donuts, sausage rolls, and so much more. The store vibe is bright and spacious. Staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely will come back for more.

So, I agree with many of the reviews here, service is not good, not friendly, and definitely fend for yourself.
However, if you like SAUSAGE ROLLS I think they have one of the best I have had. I do come back for them.
Everything else I tried was just ok.
I have stopped buying other things.

I’ve been walking through the doors of this bakery since I was six years old, back when it first opened and the ovens were just beginning to warm the neighborhood. My grandmother — the one who raised me — would take my sister and me by the hand, and stepping inside always felt like entering somewhere enchanted. The air was thick with butter and spice, and the glass cases shimmered with promise. We fell under the spell of the sausage rolls and Cornish pasties instantly — and we’ve never quite recovered.
My grandmother passed away ten years ago, but somehow this bakery still carries her laughter in its walls. Now I live with and help care for my 90-year-old grandfather, and there is something beautifully circular about sitting beside him, sharing those same golden, flaky sausage rolls. One bite, and I’m six years old again, my feet not even touching the floor. I’ve searched far and wide, but no other sausage roll has ever come close to this kind of magic.
And the cookies — oh, the cookies. My cousin used to hide them like buried treasure, but we were clever little treasure hunters and always found the stash. They’re still here, still perfect, still made from the same well-guarded recipes that have stood the test of time. Decades later, the magic hasn’t faded — it’s only deepened.

First time getting our family's favourite birthday cake since the change in ownership, and weren't sure what to expect.
Happy to share that the black forest cake was EXCELLENT.
Thank you!
Found this gem today for the first time, the focaccia is amazing, prices are super reasonable and service was very friendly. We will be back soon.

Most items were sealed in siliphane so I do not think they bak much here. Most of the fresh items were out of stock at about 9am. This had me wondering how fresh it may have been.
I stood around for about 5 min before a young woman came from the back.
The items I got tasted like I should've just went to he grocery store.

I have been coming here for 30 years. Not anymore. This bakery appears to be owned by new owners.
The quality of the poppy seed roll is horrible !
Hardly any poppy seed inside, undercooked and doughy. Not even close to the original roll by the previous owners.
The butter tart pastry was over kneaded. Not light a fluffy as before.
My recommendations is to not cut corners or quality. Charge accordingly to achieve this.
