We had such a great time! The restaurant looked really nice inside. The service was amazing. Our server was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed right away. They checked on us often but weren't annoying. The butter chicken was amazing! The quantity of the food was awesome for the price. It tasted really, really good – lots of flavour! We even had some food left over to take home with us.

We were happy with everything and can't wait to go back. Five stars from us! We will definitely tell everyone to eat here because the amount of food was perfect for the price. You definitely get your money's worth, and the taste is just outstanding. It's a great place for a casual dinner or a special occasion, and the service makes you feel right at home.

Took over 30 minutes before they even gave us water. Took another 30 before they took our orders. They also gave the wrong food and they said themselves they didn't track what we ordered and asked us to keep track for them then took another 15 before they brought a takeout box for my friend. I ordered the butter chicken and it was $20.99 and it came with only 8 small cubes of chicken with no side. I will never eat here again i suggest eating at McDonald’s before here atleast they are professional. I would rate 0 stars if possible

Me and my friends came couple of days ago and tried different dishes, they all were delicious. The butter chicken with garlic naan was incredible. The chicken was tender, and the naan was fluffy and flavourful. The food portion was perfect for the price! Service was great, and the atmosphere was awesome. Highly recommend it!

Went to dine today with bunch of friends. Points to note, the portions were small in comparison to the prices, especially Naan. Keeping that aside the food did not taste good, considering that we usually consume Indian dishes. Butter chicken was not the taste one would go for, coming from a butter chicken fan. Overall experience I would say as unsatisfactory.

My husband and I went to Naan for the first time last week. We were immediately very impressed with the service. From our server to the hostess we felt especially welcomed. The wonderful taste unique design of the pakora is a delicious way to start. Our chicken curry accompanied by perfectly airy and crispy naan was outstanding.

We went to Naan Club today and had the worst experience. The servers were rude and unprofessional. We asked for ketchup with our paneer tikka but were given tamarind chutney instead. When we pointed it out, the server didn’t even seem to know the difference and made sarcastic jokes, saying it was “pure tomato paste.”

We also requested Coke with no ice, but they served it with ice. When we pointed it out, the server changed it, but her expressions showed she was angry, and she slammed the Coke down loudly on the table.

The food itself didn’t taste fresh, and we even overheard other customers giving similar negative feedback to the owner. The servers were making odd expressions and overall came across as careless and untrained.

I do not recommend this restaurant — both the service and the food were extremely disappointing.

We visited naan club as a group of six yesterday, and overall, it was a solid experience. The food was good and met our expectations, but it didn’t blow us away. The service, however, was quick and efficient. Even though we arrived just before closing time, the staff were very accommodating, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the lady at the front counter. Unfortunately, her lack of warmth really affected the mood of the meal. She didn’t greet us with a smile when we arrived, nor did she acknowledge us in any way when we paid the bill. That small interaction, or lack thereof, stood out and kind of took away from what was otherwise a nice dining experience.

Despite that, we enjoyed the food and service overall, and I’d still recommend this place—just hope the front counter interaction gets some attention.

I was denied using the washroom while delivering food from this restaurant via delivery app. The restaurant staff was rude and bossy. They could have said in a nice way that I am not supposed to use the washroom instead was given a rude response. I would never dine in this restaurant even if the food is good or not. Attitude of the staff is so important. Hence, if there was a zero rating, I would give that for attitude of the staff.
