This is the finest Japanese Restaurant in the entire geographical area. The sashimi is the freshest I have ever enjoyed! My lovely server today, (Rose) was so pleasant and polite and she even gave me some complimentary tasty snacks. I typically order the Negatoro roll and Sockeye and Tuna Sashimi but on my next visit I am going to go for the oysters! If you really LOVE sushi, Nagano is definitely where you should come. Came in about 40 min before closing and they were very accomodating. Their chefs boat special was so fresh and well prepared. It has a fun vibe and both the server and the sushi chef were enthusiastic and kind. Would definitely return!

I mean... why go anywhere inside the mall when this place is right there. They employ amazing sushi chefs. Kind and attentive manager, Suji and her coworkers are bright and fun people. I love this spot, dont miss out!! Menu is packed and literally everything is fresh. I have no affiliation to this establishment. It's just that good.

Great booth rooms for groups, sushi is decent but not extraordinary. Items on my order were forgotten sadly but the service was very friendly
Food was great. Service was sub-par. Good at beginning but once we got our food that was the last we saw of our server. Priority went to take out orders. Had to go to the front to ask for my bill. Atmosphere I'm sure was great except we were stuck in a corner. Won't be going back.

The sushi was wrapped poorly and there was more rice then the actual filling plus the wasabi looked like cow dunk and there was so much wasabi that it was coming out of the container and for the California roll there was still skin on the avocado. Sorry if you thought my review was harsh but this is only my experience and there are plenty of other reviews saying it’s good so you should try it for yourself.
