We have been customers of Nagano for 22 years, and love Mr Pae and his brother! We have enjoyed the service and the freshness and quality of the food that is put out. However, today, the spicy sashimi salad, which we almost always order, had a completely different salad dressing. It was not spicy at all, it was dark and just tasted like pure soy sauce. Very disappointed, as it has now become a "hit or miss" type of quality and consistency of the food. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PASSION and consistency and quality your loyal and possible new customers enjoy so much!
