Exceptional Experience – Best Manager and Team!

This is my second time visiting, and I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely fantastic. The manager is exceptional!!!!! so friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel valued. You can tell they lead with care, and it shows in the entire team’s energy and attitude.

What really stood out this time was the thoughtful follow-up. The staff actually came to my table to ask how everything was—such a personal touch! It’s rare to see this level of attention to detail, and it made me feel truly appreciated as a guest.

The entire team is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and happy. The atmosphere is spotless, and the space is so inviting and warm.

And of course, the food was delicious—just like last time. Every dish is made with care and bursting with flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they serve.

Lastly, the convenience of free parking is a huge bonus.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

I had a very unpleasant experience at Nando’s Coquitlam yesterday. After paying for the family meal, I noticed the kids eat free promotion and asked about it; the staff member snapped at me in front of other customers, rolled her eyes, and was aggressive.
Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, I requested a refund instead of staying to eat. She processed a cash refund, but it was short. Failing to return the full payment is still unacceptable and, in principle, amounts to withholding money that does not belong to the store.
This aggressive, dismissive treatment is deplorable, and no customer should be treated this way. I expect a response from management and will pursue the matter until it is addressed.

This is a second review in response to Nando’s owner:

“I’m disappointed that my previous emails regarding my experience at the Coquitlam location were completely ignored. Receiving a generic, scripted response after that only reinforces a lack of respect for customers who take the time to provide honest feedback. Proper attention to concerns is the minimum expected in customer service”

Mr praful warned by not giving extra blasting.
His attitude and no smile was very disappointing. I am a regular customer for over 3 yrs for every week. I bought 11/2 chicken and without extra blasting the chicken is very dry.According to him he only gives 2 napkins per head, only 3 garlic sauce,
I find East Indian very cheap cutting service.
If with my luck some white person working they have no issues. Best service.
I think somebody above him need to talk to him.I said to him I will report your service on line and said he doesn’t care.
