That little plaza keeps surprising me with hidden gems. I never heard before about this sushi place, so I walked in with zero expectations and left pleasantly surprised. The place is small with attentive service, the food was tasty, portions generous, and prices fair. Nothing in particular stood out as groundbreaking, but the honest, well-prepared dishes made it a satisfying meal that respects both appetite and budget.

Small sushi place with big surprise! We ordered the top gun, the queen's roll and beef don. They all taste amazing, will definitely come back again.

Food and prices are good when we went. Service was okay, hope they will ask before they take away my plate

Their food tasted good, but the servers made us feel a bit rushed. They would bring to-go box and our bill without us asking, and I was not even done eating.
Their door needs cleaning. I’m glad that I saw it as I was leaving- otherwise it would’ve turned my appetite down as it’s pretty gross.

Food was fresh and tasty, with good variety. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a really nice dining experience — just a couple of small details that could be improved, but I’d definitely come back againnn.

I go to this place every week for lunch and it’s the best sushi in town. Their service is top notch and I don’t even need to let them know what I want as they already know what I’m there for.
I love their sashimi box and it’s a lot of food for one sitting.
Their prices are reasonable just like any sushi restaurant and the atmosphere is quaint. I keep on going back every week due to their superb food and excellent service.

I called them on the phone and ordered yakiudon and repeated my order multiple times but some lady that barely spoke English kept saying yakisoba. I told her many times it was yakiudon and they actually made yakisoba instead. I also walked in and the whole restaurant was dark, no lights on and they shut down everything. They also forced me to pay in cash. If your kitchen closed and you can’t correct my order, I would expect at least a better attitude and maybe a discount or something as an apology for getting the order wrong. Terrible experience!

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in Coquitlam. The quality is fresh and the taste is unmatched. I tried the Alaska roll and despite usually not gravitating towards the roll, this was the best one I’ve ever tried.

Our family goes here once a month and they are ALWAYS amazing! Also respectful of food allergies which many restaurants aren't.
