Had a reso here with 7 others on Saturday. My gf was seeing this jelly cat food item blowing up online and was being sold at Neptune. While I was making my reso I asked if they sold this and they confirmed with me multiple times that they did.

Come Saturday we ordered our food, around 37+ items in total, and throughout our entire meal as dishes were being given to us the staff continued to thank us as each dish was handed to us; however, they also were whispering and laughing while pointing at our table with any staff around.

When we were finished eating our main food items they cleared the dishes they started getting us ready for our "tapioca we ordered ahead of time". We thought that maybe the jelly cat was made of tapioca so didn't think much of it at first until they brought out sharing bowls for everyone alongside a baked pie. I told them that this wasn't what we ordered and they brought 3 different managers out each telling us, increasingly angrier than the next, that this is what we ordered and telling us to eat it. We showed them the video of what we wanted and the lady who said she took our reso over the phone said that they didn't sell this. I told her that I confirmed with her multiple times over the phone that they did and they continued to deny this. I told them that we weren't going to eat this because it wasn't what we wanted a male manager in a black suit came by, angrily grabbed all the dishes, and threw them into the dirty dish bin.

After this we paid for our bill which came out to just under $500.00 (the pie was said to be around $28.00 - wasn't added to our bill) and we were drinking the remaining tea from our pot when the same male manager told us to get out of the restaurant. Never have any of us experienced this before today.

We all would've come again since we found the food to be good; however, following their poor response to their mistake of a $28.00 dish on a $500.00 bill is laughably insulting.

The Happy New Year dinner table for 10 people was great value and delicious. Nancy communicated and booked the menu in advance and was attentive and thoughtful. All the service staff were very kind during the meal. It deserves a five-star rating. Thank you~

Very disappointed with the service. We needed help with menu and as my mum is seeing impaired they kept leaving. When an older yt couple comes in they took their time. I’m not saying it, but I’m just expressing our experience. I did not get to eat.

The food is very, very good.
Servings are moderate and the atmosphere is excellent.
Service is excellent also.
Prices are in line with other above average asian restaurants.
They have a huge theater screen TV.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetable dishes

Friday night with the fam jam at 7:30 pm.

Ordered crab, fish duo, fried rice and sweet and sour pork.

Fix duo was not the best when it came to prepping of the fish. The pot had a lot of bones. Not too happy about the pot.

Crab was ok, pretty fresh.

Sweet and sour pork was ok. The pineapple was a bit small.

The restaurant was about 1/3 full.

Service was ok.

Parking was good. Lots of cars, but the parking lot is quite big. So parked close.

Enjoying some yummy 😋 dim sum for brunch.

A culinary tradition that has captured the hearts and palates. The term “dim sum” translates to “touch the heart,” a phrase that encapsulates the essence of these bite-sized delights. So many different varieties of special Chinese dishes, served in small portions for all to share.
Dim sum has always been a symphony of colors, textures, and flavors in each dish to share amounst friends.

Food was fresh and fast service provided. Staff was attentive. They were busy today luckily made reservations.

The service was extremely unfair, and the food was ordinary at best. What stood out most was the shockingly rude attitude of the staff. It was the worst experience of unfriendliness I’ve ever encountered. I don’t think I will ever return

Been here twice, once in July 2024, once in Nov 2024. Quality difference between a couple months was huge. (Much better food quality and taste now).

Clean and spacious environment.

Food was served a bit slowly though.

Dim Sum dish variety is quite limited on the menu.

Price is a bit higher than mid tier

Over it is decent

Food and service weren't too bad, although nothing really stood out. A bit annoying was that they had a 2% surcharge for credit card payment, not something that I would expect from a restaurant of their price range.

It's a pretty typical dim sum restaurant with decent food and service. I appreciate the speed of the service and the value for all the food. It can get pretty busy, especially during weekends so be prepared to wait if you didn't make a reservation.

We got the lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice with pork, some steamed pea shoots, vegetable porridge (congee) and good selection of dumplings. It's not anything to write home about, but it's hardy and gets the job done. Solid experience overall and I would give them the thumbs up.

Vegetarian options: We got vegetable congee and pea shoots but there are lots of other vegetarian options.
