Ordered pizza around 530pm, estimated delivery 620pm~. Called them around 7pm and they said my order still wasn't out of the oven. Called back at 8pm and order still not out for delivery. Left my family hungry and waiting for over 2.5 hours. Called another local pizza place and got delivery within 30mins. Terrible customer experience, poorly run location.

I was given a $10 promo by Panago via phone, so decided to order something, which we haven’t for a while. I ordered ahead and picked up a $40 order. I was in a rush to head home after a really long day, and decided to add a 2L bottle of pop. I was told they couldn’t add it to the order and I couldn’t pay separately because there is a $5.00 minimum to use my card. Ridiculous. So instead of getting a drink, and instead of getting another $4.50 from me, they got zero. Lose lose situation ??♂️

I’ve ordered from this location before and have had good experiences. However, I took advantage of the Canadian pizza promo for $10 and was disappointed at the lack of toppings. The pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni but there was literally 1 or 2 pieces on each slice. The ham was lacking as well, just one pieces on each slice.
I understand that I cannot expect too much for $10, but clearly the savings resulted in a less than stellar product. Had I known I would get less toppings, I would’ve ordered a pizza at full price.
I’ve ordered promos from pizza franchises and I’ve never had the quality drop off this much. I love pizza so it takes a lot for me to complain.
I would recommend ordering from Dominos’ everyday special deal for $12 if you’re looking for a better quality pizza. It’s a better deal than this at regular price and you don’t get skimped on the toppings.
