When the pizza arrived it was hot and fresh. The crust had a nice balance of soft and crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. I went with classic toppings and each bite had good texture and taste without feeling greasy or heavy.
What I liked was how consistent the pizza felt from slice to slice. It tasted well made and satisfying, and it worked perfectly for a casual dinner at home. The price felt fair for the portion size too.

Ordered pizza around 530pm, estimated delivery 620pm~. Called them around 7pm and they said my order still wasn't out of the oven. Called back at 8pm and order still not out for delivery. Left my family hungry and waiting for over 2.5 hours. Called another local pizza place and got delivery within 30mins. Terrible customer experience, poorly run location.

I was given a $10 promo by Panago via phone, so decided to order something, which we haven’t for a while. I ordered ahead and picked up a $40 order. I was in a rush to head home after a really long day, and decided to add a 2L bottle of pop. I was told they couldn’t add it to the order and I couldn’t pay separately because there is a $5.00 minimum to use my card. Ridiculous. So instead of getting a drink, and instead of getting another $4.50 from me, they got zero. Lose lose situation ??♂️
