Some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was like eating cold cardboard. There was little to no toppings and what was there was cold and hard! Terrible!

I visited here at least once a week for daily special deal (small pizza + pop) as it is really reasonable price for dinner menu. I've tried same pizza recipe from other panago branch, but I always find this place is the best in flavor aspect. The bread is always crisp and chewy, ingredients are always fresh. I didn't give 5 stars because the quantity of ingredients on pizza is not always consistent, but they still tastes good. I like both men staffs who treat customers friendly and respectful

Went here tonight for pickup the staff were very professional and served me my pizza right away. Pizza was fresh and the toppings were generous. Will be back again thanks. Pizza was delicious.

The convenience of having this location attached to my building has been lost on me as the last few times the pizza has been subpar to what I’m used to from Panago over the last years and ultimately was given a pizza that was half cooked this evening. Will not order again.

After tasting my pizza, I can see why this place has a terrible rating. It’s obvious that the staff making pizza are either not trained properly or owner is instructing employees to super cheap out on toppings. Not enough pizza sauce and super thin toppings and cheese causes the pizza to dry out and burn in the oven. It’s honestly hard to screw up a Panago franchise but this place is doing a fine job at that. I’ve been a Panago customer for over 25 years. This is sad

I just got a vegan pizza from here, they made a mistake on my order and immediately made a new pizza and gave me the one they made wrong.
That is awesome customer service and the team should be rewarded for outstanding service!

The place is spacious with high celling and people were busy, but nice. I used to have a Panago classic pizza 20 years ago for some pizza nights, so tried the same one today by pick up. No, this is not the Panago classic pizza, Cheese were not melting and the toppings...were shame to be there. Maybe the inflation is what it was. It was nothing better than a frozen pizza. I can tell you one thing. If you can't put generous toppings...please use good cheese at least to melt down when you pick up a slice, so you could actually see the cheese string up. I had a bite and started to cook a instant noodle.

Just went to this branch which was very convenient for me since I live above them, but I was sick with a sore throat and only wanted a pop duo deal. When the Indian lady approached me, I couldn’t speak very loudly because my throat was sore. She made a scrunched up face trying to hear me, then after I told her what I wanted, she stared right into my sole and spoke a bit aggressively. I usually get pretty decent service here, but tonight was the worst.

Had an order come absolutely destroyed with the wrong dip. They gave me a credit which I just used and they just sent me a pizza with easily half the toppings on it and didn't send me my dip. Now they tell me I have to go through a 3 - 5 process to refund my money and there is nothing else they can do for me. 10/10 do not recommend ordering from them

This place makes me the weirdest pizzas every time without fail and I love it. Fast, great, cheap. All the wins. Never change. Staff are ballers super friendly even when I’m half (7/8) in the bag.
