I ordered 4large pizzas yesterday it was delicious and it was my first time ordering from this place . Highly recommend for best pizzas and they got good deals online . I had to wait for 5 minutes but i actually saw it was really busy there was only one girl. And she was efficient I should give credit to her even tho I had to wait a bit she handerd over the pizzas very nicely. Great customer service and delicious pizzas .

I used to love Papa John’s and ordered from here regularly, but after what I saw during my last visit, I completely lost my appetite.
The staff member preparing the pizza was not wearing gloves or a hairnet, which already raised concerns about hygiene. But it got worse — she was handling all the ingredients with bare hands. Then, in the middle of making the pizza, her phone rang, and she stopped, answered the call, and went right back to preparing food with the same unwashed hands.
After witnessing that, I couldn’t bring myself to eat the pizza I brought home. There’s absolutely no guarantee that those hands didn’t touch something else before touching my food.
🔴 Why are there no inspections being carried out? 🔴 Why is there such careless disregard for the health of paying customers?
This is completely unacceptable. You’ve not only lost a loyal customer, but also my trust.

The only good thing is food. The wait times are ridiculous, The cashier told it is going to take a while and then after waiting for almost 20 minutes he said it is going to take more time. My pick up time was 7:25 pm and I got my order at 8:30. On top of that he was rude, Don’t see a name tag on him. I hope the manager sees this review and give the lad some training. There is only so much slack a customer can give to the cashiers. Unapologetically honest review, - “PAPA JHON NORTH ROAD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME” - GO TO A DIFFERENT PAPA JHONS IF YKU LIKE THEIR PIZZA”

this is just plain bad pizza. hard no. get dominos. shaquille o’neal needs to get involved in quality control instead of making more commercials.

This place is going downhill fast. The whole staff looks like temporary workers. When I walked in there was a 5 year old boy folding / playing with a pizza box which if it’s going to be used for an order or not just doesn’t look good.
The worker at the counter passes me the debit machine with the tip function and when I didn’t give a tip (pick up) he was rude.
The pizza itself and no cheese or flavour.
Overall I should be glad I didn’t get sick eating it but felt like a Slumdog Millionaire experience.

Last week, I stopped by Papa John's on North Road in Coquitlam to grab a pizza and a chocolate brownie, and I was blown away by the amazing service from Thilini. She had everything ready in less than 15 minutes! The food was delicious, and that chocolate brownie was one of the best I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Thilini and the team at Papa John’s!
