Last night we called at the last moment, I felt bad to order around 12.50am when they were about to close, but we were too hungry the girl who answered was very nice. she took the order and when we went there it was ready . There was no frustration even tho we ordered last minute. Really value her service and the two garlic stuffed crust pizzas were too good . Very delicious me and my husband loved it . Special thank to the girl who gave an absolute great service and for the yummiest pizzas .

Made the mistake of ordering from this location through Door Dash. Received totally wrong pizza. Ordered large pepperoni and got large cheese. Also Door Dash driver arrived with pizza boxes in his hand. Not hot/thermal bag to keep them slightly warm. Pizza was stone cold. Don’t let delivery drivers leave without making sure the food will be delivered hot. Or at least slightly warm.

Good pizza but the delivery always takes well over an hour, often close to an hour & a half. This is pretty unacceptable for a pizza place and is something this store needs to greatly improve upon.

I just ordered my pizzas last 2 walk out special. 1 topping each both pizzas were dry and looked stale out the box couldn't even eat more then 2 square slices for the pep and my wife ate 2 from the bacon pizza. They were both dry and stale I cant believe we paid $24 for stale bread im disgusted.

I do not order here very often, not that I do not like the food it is more that I need to be in the mood for Papa Johns. Whatever pizza I order it is always well done as then I get the perfect crunch to the crust (and reheats better in air fryer). The food is never bad (not a fan of the delivery fee but I still order) and never had a bad pizza experience. The delivery times can be long sometimes, today they did call to apologize for the delay and when they said the delivery would arrive it did. This was a much better experience for my food being late and showed great customer care. The delivery people have all been very nice and I enjoyed the quick chats we have had. Overall I recommend this location and with the customer service I received today I will be considering ordering more often.
We recently ordered from Papa John’s Pizza in Austin, Coquitlam, and everything was delicious! We tried the Pepperoni, the Meat Lover’s Pizza, and the Philly cheesestack — and all three were a hit.
The Pepperoni and Meat Lover were generously topped, perfectly baked, and packed with flavour. But the real star of the night was the Pilly cheesesteak pizza— tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. We honestly didn’t expect it to be that good, but it stole the show!
The order was prepared quickly, everything arrived hot, and the service was polite and efficient. Highly recommend this location if you’re craving great pizza and some surprisingly amazing chicken!

We are so done with papa Johns pizza, we order from here regularly, last week we ordered a veggie garden fresh pizza ( without meat) and there were chicken pieces on the pizza, it was so disappointing as we don’t eat meat and when we saw chicken chunks on the pizza we are angry and annoyed and we did call the pizza store and they said we can give you 10% discount on next pizza 🤯😡😡
