Staffs are so nice I didn’t expect them to bring my food and drink. Such a quiet coffee shop. So hard to find now a days.. really a great coffee shop for students and people trying to get work done. I felt very relaxed

Very friendly staff. Had a hot chocolate. It's near LaFarge lake. Close place to walk to from the lights to purchase a hot baby to go for your walk. Avoid the big line at lafarge for hot cocoa.

I just want to share my experience I had last night at Coquitlam location.. I ordered a medium sized matcha latte.. I was first in line as nobody was in front of me, seconds later one girl appeared behind me. I placed the order. Time was passing by, I was standing in very hot environment, patiently waiting for my drink. 15 min later the girl who accepted the order were signing a drink.. grabbed one more and went out to serve someone inside at the table.. I mentioned that it takes way too long to make one drink without anyone in line. She served all people even that person behind me but not my drink. It took her about 30 seconds to make mine… I wanted extra hot.. it wasn’t. And wasn’t signed 🤔 such a humiliating experience..

Around 8 pm, PappaRoti seemed like the only café open, so my friends and I went in for coffee and a chat. The place was packed and super crowded, but we were still happy to find somewhere open at that hour. The Americano was rich and smooth, and the berry lemonade was also good. The servers were friendly.

Kicked me out of my spot as a paying customer so they could sit a couple together… i was sitting in a single seated table. I thought the whole point of cafe seating was first come first serve? Didn’t even ask me if I wanted to move, just told me to move. Was so taken aback it kinda ruined my workflow

Underwhelming. Very poor cortado that's way too milky and weak coffee. Karak milk tea was really weird which felt like a terrible adaptation of the Indian masala chai, in my opinion. The kaya bun was terrible too. Really bad food and drink overall. Please go elsewhere unless you want to just sit here and do your stuff for 2 hours, energized by sad food. I'm just surprised why this is highly rated.

Disgusting americano, very watery. Also, the short-haired barista lady was not friendly. Has that don't want to work here vibe. Will be my last time here.

Hello Bb

Love the coffee and space, but the frequent loud personal conversations between staff make it hard to focus when all the costumers are studying, I understand that they are young and trying to learn costumer service but a quieter atmosphere would make it perfect.

I like to come here to catch up with friends as there are plenty of seats and I always notice how nice the staff is.

Sometimes its hard to find parking but you can just park at the mall and walk a few blocks.
