Walked in with my husband at around 6 PM tonight as we usually have this coffee shop as our first pick due to their late hours on a Sunday.
Long story short, there are clear signs on the door: 2 HOUR MAXIMUM SEATING a long with “Please order before sitting down“
What we saw was two unhelpful staff who when we asked if we could be seated as we looked around with all tables full , people walking in after us running to grab seats and throw their bags on the chairs to save a seat.
When we communicated to the staff that we would like to eat in they simply (without making any eye contact) said “just find a seat we will bring it to you”
They failed to follow their own rules, people seat hogging while paying customers have to stand while other patrons can by pass the rules and find a seat, hog it and then to order or as we saw, people are just scrolling on their phones without eating or drinking.
Lastly, the garbage is overflowing and filthy.
Pro tip: don’t come here unless you want to eat and drink standing up and don’t hire teenagers to close up on a Sunday evening, it can ruin your reputation with locals who actually pay with their own money before hogging a seat. Imagine paying $20+ and you can’t even sit down and enjoy your food.

Favorite cafe in the neighbourhood. Always had good service, good food. Pretty busy at peak time but worth little bit of wait. Street parking is free after 6pm and there are plenty spaces usually.

The cafe has a really nice study vibe to it! The man at the register really helped me by explaining the menu and helping me decide on what to get. Although every food and drink on the menu is amazing! Highly recommend to come here, the customer service is amazing and the food is delicious!

when I walked into this place, I instantly was hit with a strong coffee scent and a very homey five. there were many seats for any number of customers from a single seat to a double seater even seats that could fit up to six people! when we begin to order, we were checking out the menu and the cashier was so nice and she gave us recommendations and suggestions on what we may enjoy at this lovely location 🥰 Dont even get me started on how good the food was 😍😍😍
