Love the coffee and space, but the frequent loud personal conversations between staff make it hard to focus when all the costumers are studying, I understand that they are young and trying to learn costumer service but a quieter atmosphere would make it perfect.
I like to come here to catch up with friends as there are plenty of seats and I always notice how nice the staff is.
Sometimes its hard to find parking but you can just park at the mall and walk a few blocks.

Favorite cafe in the neighbourhood. Always had good service, good food. Pretty busy at peak time but worth little bit of wait.
Street parking is free after 6pm and there are plenty spaces usually.
