The ZERESHK POLO BA MORGH was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten! I've had it a few times and the quality is consistent.

I’ve been coming to Pasargad Restaurant for a while now and it’s always solid. The food tastes homemade, super flavorful, and the portions are generous. The koobideh is juicy, the rice is perfect every time.
The owner is honestly such a good guy very welcoming and respectful. You can tell he cares about the place and the customers.
Overall just a great spot for real Persian food. Definitely one of my go-to places.

When we arrived, we waited about 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After ordering, we had to wait another 30–35 minutes for the food. On top of that, they initially brought the wrong order, which meant we had to wait an additional half hour to get the correct dishes.
Then they asked us to move to another table near the door, even though we had made a call in advance.
The food quality was low average, but the service was very poor. It felt like some guests were receiving much more attention than others.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I order from these guys off of door dash and they cancel the extra bread order everytime. They say they are out of it and they don't substitute with the other bread. Every time I've complained to them, they say they should remove it from the menu but don't and then I try and order it and it gets cancelled. The bread is one of my favorite parts and essential for when I eat Persian food. That was the last time I order from them!

If you’re truly hungry and serious about exceptional meal, ParaGod Restaurant is on another level.
The portions are massive. You don’t just get one skewer — you get powerful combinations like steak & beef, chicken & beef, or even two beef skewers. That’s an insane amount of protein for the price. I’ve compared protein portions all over, and ParaGod easily gives you double the value — with flavor that completely blows you away. Every bite is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right.
If you live an active lifestyle or want a high-protein meal that actually tastes incredible, this is the place. Two proteins with rice is the perfect combo — clean, filling, and deeply satisfying.
And then there’s the hummus…
Honestly, try it and compare it to anything in the Lower Mainland — it’s hands down the best hummus in BC. Smooth, rich, and unforgettable.
ParaGod checks every box:
🔥 Huge portions
🔥 Incredible flavor
🔥 Real fuel for your body
Perfect for post-workout meals, big appetites, or impressing friends who appreciate great food.
If you want value, flavor, and serious protein done right — ParaGod Restaurant is a must-try.

I took my Canadian guests to Pasargad Restaurant, and we all had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the appetizer tray was a big highlight ,beautifully presented and full of amazing flavors.
My guests really loved the environment and atmosphere of the restaurant; it felt welcoming, elegant, and comfortable.
Our waitress, Pegah , was amazing , very patient, kind, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Also the owner was so welcoming.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to invite non- Iranian guests enjoy great Persian food and excellent service.

One of the most disappointing Persian meals I’ve had.
I ordered koobideh morgh and vaziri. The kubideh morgh was supposed to be mild and flavorful. Because that’s what koobideh is. But it was weirdly spicy, like they were dumping pepper on it to hide something. Iranian food is not supposed to taste like that. Koobideh should never be hot like Indian food.
The vaziri was also a letdown. Dry, tough, and overcooked. No juiciness, no balance. Just meat that felt like it had been sitting too long or cooked without care.
Based on what I did receive, this was not authentic in flavor and not enjoyable to eat. I couldn’t even finish it.

We visited Pasargad Restaurant on New Year’s Eve for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with authentic flavors and great quality, and everything was served fresh and on time despite the busy night.
The atmosphere was warm, lively, and very welcoming. The manager, Omid, personally checked on guests and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their evening, which really stood out. The staff were professional, friendly, and well organized.
A perfect place to celebrate a special night. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back. 🎉

We had to move our funeral ceremony to pasargad last minute. They were so helpful to make it a last minute success. They made it very easy for us, they were so helpful. I recommend pasargad for any ceremonies or meals you may have.
