I have been ordering take out PHO chicken Soup for the last two years. In the last month I ordered twice, I always ask for no onions and when I got home there was no cilantro. Then I ordered it again no onion and there was no cilantro again and no hoisin sauce, I even commented on the last order had no cilantro. I am not sure if there is new owners but the soup is not the same quality. I travelled from Port Moody because I enjoyed the foodLooking for a new place now.

Ordered pho and was very disappointed. As we brought soups home, from the first bite it was clear they sold old rotten beef and raw tendon. The lady with short haircut could not be ruder when placing the order and when doing the return. She was actually preparing basil at the cashier counter on the same table as she counts money and tablet right there. Gross and unsanitary doesn’t use gloves even.

Ordered a #5 large just now, and it was the saltiest and darkest soup I’ve had for pho. The restaurant was not busy but I waited longer than usual after ordering.
Asked for cooked bean sprouts and got initially got a cold dish. Younger male waiter was also not very friendly.
Giving an extra star since I usually have good experiences at this location.

Price is good but could be cleaner. There was a fly in my kid's pho.
Honestly the soup was just not it for me I would recommend not getting Pho at this place but maybe a sandwich might be a better choice I found myself incredibly jealous of what my husband got though that's pretty usual for me😂
