Absolutely disgusting customer service. They do not understand good customer service whatsoever. I called in to see if I can order my free order from a while ago. There’s a lot more detail in that and the girl on the phone said what I described. It was wrong with my order. It wouldn’t have been approved. I explained to her that I’ve emailed photos and she asked me what the email was. I said can I get what the email is so I can search in my search bar of my sent emails as it again was a while ago and she completely lost it and said she didn’t wanna give me an email. She doesn’t have to give me an email. That’s not how this works and wouldn’t understand anything that I was saying. She made this a huge deal. I was on the phone with her for 10 minutes after five minutes of being on the phone. She said we were on the phone for 20 minutes when I had tried to explain and she wasn’t understanding I asked what an owner or a manager‘s phone number is which is normal to give at most places And she said no she was the one in charge. She was the one that was going to do with it and I said, unfortunately, I can’t have a conversation with her because she wasn’t understanding anything said and anything that I was explaining and she said that she wouldn’t be on the phone with me this long if she wasn’t trying to help me and I said you’re not trying to help me because you’re not listening to what I’m saying and you’re over talking me whenever I was trying to explain something she would over talk to me and I had to raise my voice a few times telling her that she needs to let me finish Talking and explained. She kept laughing on the phone and said that she won’t get in trouble. She doesn’t care if I give a bad review told me to give a bad review said that I can upload the recording of the call and everything. Crazy how some people or some employees think that their representing a business for promises that was said and she didn’t even go to look in a book To see my order that was supposed to be written down for a comp order. I was going to purchase other things as well as this comp order, but that’s absolutely crazy and the owner clearly does not care how this place is represented and by who. Do not go here.

reasoning for my 3 star: came here with my family and the food was great, i’ll give them that! it was busy but not overwhelming for the staff. my issue is mainly because the waitress doesn’t write your orders down and will have to “double check” with what you wanted. which in my opinion you guys should really make your staff write things down so nobody has to send anything back. and they will forget about your drinks/smoothies. my MIL was trying to wave one of them down for some time and they can clearly see you but choose to not acknowledge. maybe we’ll give this place another shot and see if there was some improvement with the customer service.

Let me start from beginning I went with my kids to pho99 school house location.. I ordered #1 large and didn’t even start eating I get a long hair in it…then I sit and wait for them to get the soup away from me then she offered a new one so I said yes no problem… then she brings another one there was barely any noodles or meat….full of broth the meat that was inside my soup looked fully cooked to me it felt like they just used the meat from the previous soup I ordered. At the time I went to pay, they didn’t discount the soup with the hair, and charged me fully for it, as well as attitude and no apologies.

I’ve been going to this place ever since I lived next to this restaurant. I love the way this restaurant is built, looks very authentic.
Their pho is amazing, and I love how they gave us condiments for it.
I definitely would go here again. But it’s just that the prices are a bit expensive.

Veggie banh mi is terrible here. They forgot the avocado, tofu is overfriend and old, and barely any veggies inside. Go to North Road, it's so much better.

I loved their spicy vermicelli noodle soup. It was spicy yet quite good. My partner also liked her dish. This is coming from someone who doesn’t really prefer Viet cuisine so it’s a complement indeed. There are lots of seatings and place feels cozy although it’s not modernly decorated.
Nice friendly warm service, allows to customize kids meal to veg, vegan options.

Went in ordered seafood noddles to go,got my order left went home opened up my order and got a flavoered water,beansprots wuth brocille, and my main course was suppose to be seafood noddles with shrimp,crab,and 4 ohter fishy ingrediants,well i got more bean sprots that was suppose to b noddles,not a ounce a seafood at all,zero,zilch,notta..smellt very bad like stagnet water.paid 15bucks and my dog wouldnt eat it.

Food is good but I have been ordering for 4-5 times. Same dish chicken with rice. However this time the vegetables had a really bad fishy smell and taste that was pretty bad. I probably won’t be coming back for a bit… hate to give it low stars as previous times was okay

It was my favorite restaurant, but I was very disappointed by the change in ownership or the absurd attitude towards customers. The server had the worst response I've ever received since something bad happened that day.
